Selfstorage was a great lift at my house move
Clear instructions from the staff how the storage operates. Easy to book and end the contract without hidden traps. Overall speaking for the short period that I needed to store my household it was a great choice.

Access Self Storage
I was not refunded the full amount when moving out
I had a storage unit with Access for over 2 years. The staff at Bristol were excellent. The quality of the storage units is first rate. They are clean, dry and climate controlled. However -
My monthly renewal date was on the 13th. By coincidence I moved out of my unit on the 13th. Unfortunately, before I could cancel my DD it triggered another month at 216 pounds. After 2 weeks I received a refund of 160.25. Thankfully I noticed the discrepancy and phoned to question it. The office manager, after looking into it, arranged to refund the remaining 55.76. I would like to think this was an honest mistake but in today's automated world, I doubt it.

Excellent storage, excellent service
Access Self Storage Bristol have been brilliant. Was used for my son whilst in between properties at university. It was the first time we had used storage and it has been very straightforward. James was fantastic and made the whole process very easy. The storage units are clean and well taken care of. If you need storage space, I would highly recommend this place.

Access Bristol have been exceptional in the service from start to finish. They have gone out of their way with my flat move from Hong Kong to Bristol. Their system is effortless and easy to use. The storage units are clean and well taken care of. What sets them apart is their attention to detail and the helpful staff at the front of house. I'd highly recommend this place if you need some storage space.
