Jo made my experience really unforgettable I was having a horrible time due to my mover who was terribly late but Jo went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me less stressed also make it easy to get my move sorted into the storage room I also go a big storage unit as the one I needed wasn’t available for no extra cost they were honestly amazing

Completely excellent experience - no stress at all
We stored our stuff for over 3 months and it was totally painless and actually a pleasure to deal with Rahim who coordinated everything for us. He gave us a huge ££ deal on the space (which he upgraded to a large space free of charge) so we could not have been better looked after. He helped us out with padlocks, keys, security and was always pleasant and helpful. It's also nice to have the continuity of dealing with the same person throughout. Excellent customer service!
All the staff members i encountered were friendly and very helpful, in particular Rahim. He was so informative and helpful and aimed to not only get me the best deal possible, but he also managed to secure me two units very near to each other which alleviated alot of stress. I had a limited time to unload due to the storage closing and even though Rahim reiterated the closing times, when it was getting near to the time he did not rush or put any additional pressure on me. He is a perfect example of good customer service!
