Everything was finally completed. It was a bit frustrating at the beginning with the back-and-forth required to sort the paperwork and sign the unit, but once that was done, I had no further issues. I only wish there had been a rubbish bin available to dispose of unwanted items.

I have been struggling for years with storage companies and spent so much money. When I contacted Access Self Storage they heard my story and gave me the best advice and best offer I didn’t find in any storage company. Even the offer they gave me was too good to believe. I didn’t hesitate for a second and signed the contract on the spot. Thank you so much for Niome who assisted me all through, telling me what’s best and giving me the best advice ever. She even helped me with downloading the app and making me understand it and how to follow step by step without hesitation. I would really recommend this company to everyone.

We do offer 24-hour access at many of our sites, including Kings Cross, but not all units within a facility are eligible for this due to specific operational requirements. We completely understand how this could feel misleading, especially if signage implies otherwise, and we’re currently reviewing how we communicate this to avoid confusion.

Don't use.
There were no clear instructions for day of moving in my belongings despite being in communication with the team about what I needed to do. I ended up with a car full of my things on the night I needed to move my things in with absolutely no one to contact. When I found an emergency number, the person who answered couldn't help me, so what was the point of having an emergency line? When asking for a refund, I was charged almost half of what I paid, despite not even having booked the unit for 24 hours. I also have not received my refund and it's been nearly 2 weeks.

Your move-in was scheduled for the 14th of July, and our records show that you arrived at 10pm—after our store had closed for the day. Prior to this, you received two emails outlining the move-in process, including our staffed opening hours, and our team also attempted to contact you by phone to confirm your arrival.
We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive prepared and not be able to access your unit, but unfortunately, 24-hour access must be arranged in advance and wasn’t requested until after your visit. Additionally, our emergency line is dedicated to urgent facility-related issues and isn’t able to support general move-in queries outside of our opening hours.
With regard to your refund, we’re really pleased that you’ve been in touch recently, as we need some final details in order to complete the process. The store have been in contact, please feel free to contact the store directly if you’d like to speed things up further.
We truly value your feedback and are always working to improve the clarity of our communications to ensure a better experience for all customers.
