It's the staff who made a huge difference. Cheerful, friendly and helpful. On our first visit to start filling our storage unit they walked us through all the security procedures making sure we knew exactly what to do. And showed us "oldies" how to use the lift!

The facilities for storage were excellent and the cost reasonable. Reception could have been more helpful and the barrier wasn't working on the way out. A paper floor plan would be helpful.
