The customer service was really good, everything was good. Really can't complain. Its not very often in UK a company does exactly what it says its going to do, but yeah... they charge you a fixed monthly fee, rent you a storage unit of whatever size you need, let you come in and out to put things in and out of it as and when you need to, and then when you want to leave, that's no hassle either its all very simple and straightforward and reliable.
