Brian and Rob, on the basic electrical course, have been brilliant, so knowledgeable, as Richard Feynman said, if you can’t explain something in simple terms, you don’t really understand the subject.... See more

I went to Edenbridge training centre for practical training and assessment for my Electrics NVQ Level 3 pathway recently. Mr Charles Usigbe, the trainer was so knowledgeable and supportive throughout the one week of the training. The centre was fully equipped and the availability of the materials and tools needed for the training is great. In general all the staff at the Edenbridge centre are very friendly and supportive too. Would love to come back to further trainings if necessary.

Callum is one of the best teachers I ever had. Very patient and explains everything in detail. Also, gives you confidence and encouragement.

I did my nvq 3 practical at the Cardiff training centre. It was informative and challenging. Exactly what i needed in preparation for the real world. My lecturer James Coffey was brilliant, he was by far the best teacher i have had up until this point . He was always open to questions, very knowledgable and made the whole thing a great learning experience.

Just completed my NVQ lvl 3 assessments in Cardiff. My tutor James Coffey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, made the experience a pleasure and the assessments easier to grasp.

Just completed my 2 week NVQ practical and scientific assessment with James Coffey at the Cardiff site.
Huge thanks to James, his knowledge is second to none. I’ve found I’ve learned so much more than I knew before, aswell as getting through the two weeks with relative ease!
Would highly recommend.

This is a review for week 1 Plumbing Practical in the Leeds Centre run by Kevin Smith.
Coming into the setting as a complete novice, Kevin managed the tutorials allowing people to move at their own pace. He offered help, guidance and more importantly tips of the trade that he has built up over his years of active plumbing and gas engineering.
I found his teaching methods excellent, when I made mistakes he would encourage me to provide the correct solution either affirming it or providing an alternative.
I thoroughly enjoyed my Week 1 training, have learnt a lot and looking forward to Week 2, again in Leeds with Kevin

Having just completed my electrical NVQ practical exam at Edenbridge. Despite having a small relocation due to a leak, the facilities are well put together.
My trainer was Charles who has a wealth of experience and a great outlook to help share his knowledge in memorable ways. He is a “professional electrician” and it’s always “a beautiful day” when he’s on the course. (His catchphrases)
Looking forward to AM2!

Undertook the 2 weeks of plumbing diploma practical assessments with Callum Kelly as assessor. Like the training weeks beforehand, my experience of these practical exams and training was excellent! Really happy with Access Training and would happily recommend this training provider. I will be doing more courses with Access Training in the future. 10 out of 10!

I have just completed my Level 3 NVQ practical assessment at Edenbridge and was impressed with the level of instruction (thank you Mr Charles Usigbe) and facilities available. Would recommend.

Was based at Edenbridge with Callum for practical assessment and training. Was a great experience, Callum knows his stuff and is very helpful.
It is however unfortunate with regards to bookings, in my opinion there are not enough spaces for the amount of students they have. It took a me 3.5 months between finishing practical training to getting assessment dates as nothing was available.

I had a great experience during my two weeks of practical plumbing in Edenbridge. The training was well organised, hands-on, and gave me the confidence to improve my practical skills. A special thank you to Callum, who was an excellent trainer throughout the course. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly and answer any questions. His support and guidance made a real difference to my learning experience. I would highly recommend this training centre to anyone looking to start or develop a career in plumbing

I've been trying to get a response from Access Learning for over three weeks now with no luck. I couldn't continue the course and have been trying to sort a refund, but getting hold of anyone has been next to impossible .
no replies to emails, no calls back, nothing.
Whatever their process is meant to be, the reality has been a total lack of communication. If you're thinking about signing up, be aware that if anything goes wrong or you need support, don't expect a quick or helpful response. Based on my experience, I'd avoid.
