Accord Piano Logistics: POOR SERVICES & 100% NEGATIVE
I am extremely dissatisfied with ACCORD GO Limited's piano moving service, which falls far short of the professionalism they claim to offer as a specialized piano moving company on their website. They assisted with moving my Yamaha U3S piano in early November 2024.
The entire process, including the handling of the piano and communication, was below expectations and piano moving standards. I submitted a complaint over four months ago, but there has been no follow-up. On top of that, my factual comments to address the actual problem that have been repeatedly removed from their website, and they have blocked me from leaving comments on their Facebook page. Instead of properly communicating with me, they prefer to spend time inserting self-praising comments to deceive other customers and deny any responsibility for their service issues.
My piano was not properly wrapped or protected during the move, resulting in visible scratches on its surface. Additionally, the careless handling caused damage to the hammer mechanism, making it noticeably loose. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and concern for the customer’s property. If they truly value their clients, the positive reviews on their website seem questionable and do not accurately reflect the quality of their services. Furthermore, they claim to be fully insured, so why are they avoiding any compensation issues?
WHY ARE THEY NOT TAKING THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY?
I strongly advise against using ACCORD GO Limited for piano moving/ logistics. 👎 👎 👎
