Crystal Kight went above and beyond her duty as a representative for your organization. Although I was very adamant and very belligerent, in my responses to her regarding the debt relief program because all I wanted was a $1,500 loan. She was very calm and very poised in her attitude of taking the time to politely encourage me to understand how the program works and how it could benefit me. She even took the time to listen to me compain about my prior relationship with another company who turned out to be fraudulent. It was her patience and composure that prompted me to stay engage with her, which made me feel that she had my best interest at heart, thus enabling me to give this debt relief program a try.
