Exceeded my expectations
I was having issues with getting my lancing device to puncture the skin so I contacted customer service. I don't usually leave reviews, but the way they handled this exceeded my expectations. They actually sent me a whole new monitor, lancing device, and test strips which I was not even expecting! They asked me to send back my old supplies so that they could investigate the issue further as well. I am very pleased with how this was handled. Thank you to the wonderful customer service team!
