SERVICE MET HOOFDLETTERS

2Acer laptops ruim 2 jaar geleden gekocht. Beide laptops begonnen bij de scharnieren te scheuren en beide opladers en accu's waren kapot. Beide laptops opgestuurd, kreeg bevestigingsmail dat ze ze hadden ontvangen. Na 1 week vervolgens een mail dat ik de 2 laptops binnen 3 dagen thuis kon verwachten. Werden door UPS (Had ze ook thuis opgehaald) thuis afgeleverd. Alles vernieuwd en vervangen. En...KOSTELOOS!!!!!!!! dAT IS NOG EENS SERVICE!!! Had geen factuur meer en had ook geen garantie bijgekocht. Ben, nadat ik de 2 laptops ongeveer 5 dagen in huis had, gebeld door Acer en zij vroegen mijn bevindingen. Nou, een tien met een griffel natuurlijk
