It was my third shed from Acesheds. The size and model were correct. The installation was easy and took 2 hrs with the two guys that turned up.
The shed was for intended use more or less straight away but the shed in places was very damp. Especially the shelving and floor. Now we at the time had rain for two months non stop since Christmas. I would have expected it to be at least dry when installed. Even if the wood had been stored undercover the vehicle that it was loaded on could not have been stored undercover overnight. It has taken a month to dry out to a level to be useable. Throughout I used a damp meter to gauge the levels.
My experience initially was good but declined to a lower level.
It’s now in use and we are pleased
I didn’t make contact with Acesheds as I could here the response We’ll it is a natural material and is prone to dampness !!!!!

The whole experience with Ace Sheds from ordering to installation went smoothly.
The website was easy to negotiate to get an initial design. Visited Coolings Nursery at Bearsted Maidstone and was impressed with the sheds displayed and the quality. Contacted Ace and spoke to Wayne to discuss my order very professional with good advice, order placed.
Quick delivery of our chosen shed with excellent installation carried out by Rowan and Will, very personable, professional and efficent. Given a tour with instructions for upkeep before they left. Would not hesitate to recommend Ace Sheds.

Excellent service from start to finish, even down to negotiating a day when it wasn't raining! There was a slight mis- communication regarding the levelling frame but the lads soon solved the problem. I couldn't be more pleased with my new shed ... Ace job! Thank you.

This is my second Ace shed. They are great people (Thank you Wayne, for your help)-the team came, put up the shed on the day we chose-the quality is outstanding and I could not rate them higher frankly-especially when one feels that it is so hard to find this kind of service.

Buying a shed should be straightforward and that was my experience. Easy order process and installed without issues to a good standard.

Very happy with my new shed. Excellent quality and the customer service was great.

Had large log cabin installed in November 2025. From start to finish we were impressed with the quality of wooden buildings available and being able to customise them as well. Alan was very helpful when we made a site visit. Installation was carried out on day we requested and two installation chaps were very efficient. Think names were Nathan & Will.
Needed couple more things to be done a few days later and after phoning Alan he saw to them straight away to our satisfaction. We had looked at many shed companies and these were the best quality and with excellent customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Had a shed delivered and installed in the summer I would just like to say the two lads finished erecting my shed they were very polite, courteous and tidy and super fast it’s been a real pleasure dealing with Ace sheds from start to finish the communication was outstanding the help I received choosing the right shed for me was so appreciated I would definitely recommend this company it’s a 5 star from me even 5 months later I’m happy with the purchase 😁

Really pleased with my shed, the delivery was quicker than I expected and the guys that delivered and constructed it were friendly and efficient.

The quality of the shed is excellent.
The delivery and erection by Ace Sheds went without a hitch, 1.5 hrs to erect and complete.

The guys who came and built my shed were professional, funny and really nice guys.

And as for the Shed, it looks the absolute nuts and im very pleased with it. Totally recommend Ace Sheds for their competitive prices and fantastic sheds.

This was the first time I’d had to buy a shed in a terraced cottage! From my first enquiry Alan was so very helpful with advice after sending photos in, ordered on line, delivery and construction went without any issues.
