Took lots of time to explain things in depth and make sure I understood everything gave me a ton of options to pick from to make sure it was what was best for me. Really great work, made the whole thing as painless as possible.

Krysia at the Elm Row branch arranged our initial mortgage back in 2023 and then did our remortgage recently. She has been excellent from start to finish - most notably getting in touch to ensure we locked in a good rate at the earliest re-mortgaging opportunity.
