Arrived super quick. Excellent service

Perfect experience from start to finish. Great communication and customer service which in this day and age is very rare. Would happily use them again. Quick delivery and I’m over the moon with my watch. Highly recommended.

Received necklace quickly and happy with the quality. But the gift bag had no handle, and as it was a birthday present for a friend, I emailed to ask for a replacement to be sent. That was over a week ago, and I haven't heard a thing. Friends birthday today, so I'm really disappointed.

Lovely products but emails updating you on your order were a little delayed and out of time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I checked the delivery time before I ordered and it stated 3-4 days. I ordered a gift for my son's girlfriend's 21st birthday. Unfortunately it took well over a week to get her present and it didn't come in time for her birthday. I emailed the company but they didn't bother to reply. Needless to say I won't be using them again. Very angry and disappointed.

Absolutely amazing experience purchasing a ring. I ordered with ease, there was a clear sizing guide to follow and simple check out service and my ring arrived the next day. This is the best customer journey ive received in a long time and my ring is fabulous. I will certainly be returning to purchase more beautiful pieces of jewellery soon.

I can say Acotis customer service are a great compny after resending my item after it was stolen from my doorstep! I will be using them again!

one star does not begin to explain this experience. I ordered a necklace at the beginning of december and have still not received it nearly 3 months on. Lack of communication from the team on this issue and when asked to refund my product they refused.
Awful service.

The website is easy to navigate and order from and I can always find what I’m looking for. There is a huge range of products to choose from. There’s something for everyone. The service is always prompt and my item arrived quickly and safely packaged.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a beautiful bracelet (expensive) for my wedding. I tried this on with my dress and was disappointed to find it didn’t look right. I contacted customer service, I was aware it was outside the allocated returns policy. However the policy stated that outside of this a credit note would be issued. I emailed CS and was told I was unable to return I explained the situation and requested a credit note (4 weeks outside of stated refund returns) my first email was met with a cold response. My second email requesting a credit note - ignored. An expensive piece of jewlery that will forever be sat in a drawer and un wearable. Terrible customer service and so very disappointing. Never again !

I bought a silver plated baby brush and comb set for a christening present.

The product itself is heavy but looks really lovely.

But I was so disappointed with the packaging! It comes in a plain horrible nothing box. The tissue paper inside was all horribly crunched up. There's a grey pouch for them but it's a cheap piece of material. No thought at all has gone into presentation at all!

The engraving is very slight but I assume it's the nature of the material as far as that's concerned

Item arrived on time, packaging was in good condition and they even had included a branded Swarovski flat gift bag to be used when presenting the gift. Excellent.
