This is a double rating - one for Acoustic Centre and one for the product.
1. Great response time from order to dispatch - all of 15 minutes.
Everything went downhill from there thanks to Australia Post - 6 days from VIC to NSW (I suppose the New Year period didn't help) but it did arrive in tact.
2. Product is excellent (Thomastik-Infeld Guitar Jazz Swing Flat Wound Nickel Strings). Minimal stretch and strings holding tune exceptionally well compared to original D'addario S/S Flat Wound 11-50. Gone for 10-44 this time to make it easier on fingers and be a little more versatile for some other styles besides jazz on a hollow body arch top guitar (Note: unusual to see a string set with very even tension from E to e). The flat jazz tone hasn't be sacrificed to my surprise although I wouldn't have been concerned if it had for my use. Will definitely use this product again - maybe in a thicker gauge if I need a stronger jazz feel in time.

Prompt Reliable Service
Can’t be happier with the service. I live in Perth and my order was delivered safely and promptly within a week, during the mad Christmas busy period. Will definitely recommend Acoustic Centre to anyone living out of Victoria to use their service, particularly if what you’re looking for is not available in your state.
