A fabulous Company. We got a quote yesterday and the job was done today. Our house smells great and not a hint of the dog urine smell that was so obvious before. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much x
I cannot recommend Perry and his team highly enough.
They have cleaned my carpets on a number of occasions, as well as the common areas in my flats.
A friend came to visit and her dog pooed all over my bedroom … 😱
Perry came to the rescue and put everything to rights.
Two weeks ago I dropped a new bottle of cordial which smashed on the floor. I cleared it up as best as I could, but it needed professional attention. Perry has just been to make it ‘right as rain’.
I am most impressed!

My cleaning experience with Marina was not good. She went to the wrong house initially and when she finally got here it was all down hill from that phone call of "I'm standing outside your front door", when she wasn't. I always have had two professionals clean my house and that is what I have come to expect in a residential house full of furniture - what I can't move they always can. I have a progressive brain injury and mobility difficulties and it took me a good 12 hours of work to prepare the house. In the scheme of things I moved mountains. In addition I had carpet moth and some horrible damage to the carpets in two areas. Perry and I had agreed on five areas where the treatment would be applied, we agreed on the cleaning of two rugs, and not my sisal runners and that I didn't want to pay for the carpets to be dried. That was all agreed! I have a cat and am myself extremely sensitive to chemicals so my bedroom was not going to be sprayed and Perry and I discussed that my bedroom was where I could keep my cat locked in so she didn't go near the pesticide. On the point of my cat I had wanted to tell Perry how she had vomiting, and diarrhoea for three days after his visit and application of chemicals to a stain on the carpet. She must walked over it and then ingested some whilst washing. She won't have eaten outside rubbish - she's not a dog.
So Marina turns up alone. She reads through her work sheet which Perry hasn't filled in properly and goes through what the sheet says she is cleaning today. Our first disagreement ensues as she treats me like I am trying to get freebies, "as many of her customers do". Her sheet has called my bathroom a "box room" and does not include the cleaning of rugs and "that will cost more" she tells me. I tell her to call Perry instead of accusing me of lying. She refuses to clean one rug because she says the colours will bleed. I say it won't because Perry cleaned it the last time they were here (he hung that wet rug on the outside airer after he had washed it). Two more disagreements ensue: "Perry didn't come with me the last time". (Yes Marina. He did.) "This will bleed, I am not cleaning it and I don't have the dry cleaning machine with me". Then she changes tack and says that "because you (me) didn't phone to confirm that you wanted the rugs dry cleaned, we assumed you'd changed your mind".
She cleans one rug and asks me where she can put it. I don't know and suggest it can stand outside against a garden table. Within 5 minutes its blown on to the floor. I'm so stressed out about this atmosphere with Marina that I can't deal with the issue of where to put the rug, neither do I have the physical ability to do anything with it so there it lay on the floor. The other rug miraculously got itself dry cleaned with the dry cleaner that she said she didn't have with her. Nice one!
Perry had spent some time working out whether he would have enough pesticide for all five areas where the damage and /or pupae had been found. At £125 for a batch he thought it should cover the five areas. However Marina went ahead and applied the moth pesticide to the whole house, including my bedroom, and had diluted it to a 5 litre amount to have enough for the whole house; half of which did not require it. The moth damage done behind my bookcase was, I discovered, really bad and I am very very upset that a) an undiluted treatment has not been applied to these five areas and b) that she did not move anything she considered beyond the scope of her job, she merely cleaned around it or up to it. I may as well have hired a cleaning machine and done it myself. A cat vomit stain in my bedroom has been removed right up until it spreads underneath the bed and then the stain has not been touched because Marina was unwilling to move the bed to another position. The bed is heavy and I struggle with it, and this is why this job is a two man job, not one woman. Marina could have asked me to help seeing as I was there but she chose to leave the stain which is visible, and equally important to me, isn't clean.
An attitude of Marina feeling ripped off and taken advantage of prevailed throughout. Other customers do it therefore I must be doing it too. At £350 a pop I do have expectations of how this job should have gone and a lot of that is based on the service I have received from professionals over the years. Marina was here for two hours which is what it would normally take two people. I'm just so upset about the whole experience. I feel ACS need to stick to rentals or any other property that has no furniture in it. And stop thinking all customers are out to con them. Marina over charged me and I've told her to put that money towards a Customer Service course. This is a no frills service, cheap and cheerful without the cheap nor cheerful.
Arrived promptly- did a first class job at a reasonable price.

Just had all of our carpets cleaned by ACS (Perry and Len). This followed a visit from Perry the previous week for an assessment and a quote. Before going ahead, we did some research on price comparisons and found ACS to be competitively placed. They also had very good customer testimonials. We are very pleased with both the results today and the professional approach taken throughout. They were both very courteous, hardworking and respectful of our property. Wherever possible, they moved items of furniture to ensure a thorough clean and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use ACS again and have already recommended them to neighbours and friends.

The 2 gentlemen that cleaned my 3 piece suite were excellent - they put covers on their shoes as soon as they came in my house, explained what they would be doing. My furniture has previously been tested to ensure it was suitable for cleaning and they proceeded to get the job done quickly. The furniture was damp when finished, but dried overnight and is now fresh and clean. The gentlemen were so cheerful, polite and courteous- a credit to the company - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
