WORST SELLERS EVER

I ordered a pet stroller from this seller and what a nightmare to say the very least.
I ordered via the Amazon site and within a couple of hours I tried to cancel. I was told I couldn't cancel but could return when it's been delivered. a few days later I received a message to say it had been delivered so I looked everywhere and couldn't see it so I got onto the seller and he messaged me abrupt and said it's delivered and the photo was not my house so I got onto them again they just kept saying it's been delivered, the next day a man from number 18 knocked at my door saying I think this parcel is yours I looked it had number 18 on the label I live at number 8 so I got onto the seller to say it was a big bulky item could he send a return collection because the parcel is too big for me as I was disabled, elderly and lived alone to which he replied NO get some help I don't do collections that went back and forth for a few days I eventually got Amazon customer service to help me do a return I had no idea how to do it and they assured me my postage would be refunded the item £45.99 the postage £19.75 by this time I started to search the seller and the feedback wasn't great and on Amazon you tend not to look at the feedback and trust you are buying from a reputable seller well now I've had my fingers burned with bad sellers like this it's worth checking out the feedback on 3rd party market place sellers because they don't fulfill their customers well and customers service stinks. Just beware it's okay for them to send when you have cancelled it's okay for them to send to the wrong address it's okay for them to treat you appallingly. Just check before you buy from these shifty sites don't make the same mistake I did. ONE STAR TOO MANY.
