Not the police Action Fraud!

Be careful who you are reviewing. This is NOT the police Action Fraud based in the City of London. Click on the visit website at the top of the page and it will take you to a Liverpool based finance company that seems to specialise in fraud recovery. You need to scroll down to the bottom of the homepage where this is confirmed.

Lots of good advice on that non-police website. In many resoects better than the police Action Fraud website but it's NOT the police. I stumbled on this review when looking for the Trustpilot reviews for the legit police Action Fraud. Some posts below seem to be more about problems with the police doing their job

A neutral rating because I have no dealings with the business.

ALL FRAUD NO ACTION!!!

ALL FRAUD NO ACTION!!!

WHY????

COZ THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE FRAUD!!!!!

The only way now days to get rich is become a fraudster because the popo don't know how to solve it....same as firefighters can't put out electric car fires.

This site is a fob. Don't waste ur time accept you no longer have an identity and no longer can get a bank account ANYWHERE and come to terms that they are getting rid of cash.
The fraudsters win.
My life has been so hard for 2 years I'm barely surviving.
My life has gone
I can't do nothing about it

I have complained to this site and they…

I have complained to this site and they haven't even bothered to reply. So, a police led so called help site with reporting of criminal activities doesn't bother to reply to your report of fraud. It then doesn't bother about the fact you complain about their lack of action. So, busy running around covering the crowning of yet another parasite royal.

NO ACTION FRAUD FAILURE

What I understand is that you should be called NO Action Fraud. You decide not to act on all matters. Your feedback of 1* on trust pilot is a disgrace and your refusal to even ask for evidence is a disgrace and proves that you are not fit for purpose and should be shut down. You are run by incompetents who have no clue how to protect the public. It thought that was the idea. Absolute disgrace.

Wake up. Do the job! Like the MET Police not fit for purpose. Head of NFIB should be fired and someone who is serious about defending the public interest put in their place. It is completely unacceptable that predatory criminals take money out of the pockets of hard working people, businesses, and organisations, callously targeting the most vulnerable, online and in their homes. The volume of and severity of fraud also undermines public confidence in the rule of law and threatens our national and economic security. SHAME ON YOU.

They protect scammers by giving them…

They protect scammers by giving them time. They do nothing to protect victims of scam.
Completely counterproductive entity supposed to fight fraud.
The chat system completely useless, callcenters you wait 30 minutes and they know nothing, do nothing. It’s a shame for UK
