First for the good bits. Price of components for the custom wheels are fair and delivery was fast.

As for the negative. It's very poor craftsmanship. Both wheels are out of true, they are not centered properly on the hub, and both, radial and side to side wobble of the rim is very high. Far from the 1mm acceptable tolerances. On top pf that, tension of the drive side spokes of the rear wheel are way past rim specifications.

I have to rebuild both wheels, luckily I have the tools and the skill to do so.

I ordered pair of Tufo Thundero HDs and some shimano tools and after paying for the order and waiting for over a week and finally sending them an email requesting an update they finally say they didn't have items in stock after all.

I was a bit skeptical of ordering my custom dynamo hub and wheel from the Fun-Works website after seeing mixed reviews online about Action Sports. My experience was fabulous and they were the only website I found which gave me the custom wheel I needed for my gravel bike at a reasonable price and in great time. The shipping was fast and after using the wheel and hub for around 6 months, including a bike tour in Greece, 2 flights and a winter of commuting in Germany I can say both hub and wheel are working perfectly. Thank you, thank you. So far, very happy with my decision.

Easy to navigate website, great product range (lots of choice), competitive prices and very quick delivery to Ireland. I'll shop with these guys again.

First time I ordered from Action Sports three weeks ago. My experience with the employees is great, they replied briefly to every request. Great team!! The item that I bought was sent in 24 hours, but because of the pandemia it took little longer to arrive to my country. I will definitely shop from them again, and will recommend to everyone.

My experience with Action Sports has been thus far very good. I was interested in an item online and wanted to verify that it was really on stock and what was the expected delivery time. I was answered almost immediately with an availability confirmation and a delivery estimate. I ordered the item and, when the delivery company failed to find my address, Action sport contacted me by email to follow up. Very friendly staff, the man gave me the tracking number with the delivery company and I could see all the historic and that it was really the delivery company that could not deliver the item on time.

Rear shock for a mountain bike was over £100 cheaper than the UK price for the next model down so took the chance. Ordered Thursday night. Email received the following day with tracking information for DPD.
Took longer to come than normal due to covid19 but Actionsports had a notice warning that delivery would be a minimum of 5 days. Took 6 days and is precisely what I ordered. Excellent service and prices.

Wrong delivery, long time, and finally broken bike damaged during transport .

Ordered a trainer at Action Sports which turned out to be faulty. Action Sports do not provide the protection covered by legal guarantee in Germany. Cannot recommend doing business with Action Sports. STAY AWAY from them!

Just excellent. Ordered a home trainer. Order process transparent and very fast. Ordered 16.01 late evening, received 22.01 noon (to Estonia). First training same evening. Very happy customer:) Thanks Action Sports!

I ordered a pair of wheels and their web store said they'd be able to deliver in 7 working days. On the 7th working day after two emails they reply saying they don't have the rims to build the wheels I ordered. So, my take here is two things: 1) Don't trust the shipping schedule at all 2) Be active in asking about your order, because they won't proactively notify you if they have issues.

No credit to Actionsport at all.
I bought a Custom buildt DT Swiss 240s Disc IS Custom MTB29 Wheelset back in september 2018. The cost was around EU 800. After 7-8 times at the track both wheels was falling apart, as the spokes were not strained enough.
I'll never buy anything from ActionSport.de again :(:(:(

After two months waiting, I finally did not get the wheel. I tried to talk to Actionsports.de but nothing. They do not answer. They answered my doubts before and until I paid. After that nothing

At first i was a little sceptic of ordering because of some negative reviews here, but i decided to take a risk, give them a chance and place an order because of tousands of articles and good prices they have. Buy some stuff for my sons birthday. Great prices, superfast shipping (it took only 3 days to Croatia), and items as describes. Great communication with customer service. What else to say. highly recommended. Dunno for other negative reviews, but in my opinion it's a really good store. I am happy customer now. Definitely will buy again.

Fantastic site for ordering wheels. You can custombuild your wheel online and order it and 3 days later it arrived i Denmark, sent from Germany and the price is also good.

They even had some older parts for a 26" wheel.

I ordered a set of Funn works hubs and stans crest wheels to save weight and I did not mind paying the extra money to get the lightest wheelset offered (1450g).
When they arrived I checked the weight in 3 different scales and all showed that the wheels are heavier by at least 100g. that the Action Sports advertised weight of 1450g.
I contacted Action Sports and they never replied.
So, incorrect weight advertised and non existent customer service.
