I needed very specific advice about a swing for my profoundly disabled child.
The company spent time with me discussing different options and even suggesting ways I could keep the price down.
The equipment arrived when they said it would and erected a few days later.
My child was overjoyed to finally be able to swing like all his friends.

Working with Active Garden was a breeze, we are so thrilled with our climbing frame and our daughter loves it too. Ordering was easy, Marianela was very responsive and helpful over email. The installer Henri was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Active Garden, they are first class.

Marianela was fantastic from the start , sent me photos and videos to see what we were buying, all arrived on time the only thing that I was surprised about was nothing came pre-drilled so there was a mountain of drilling to do before assembling it would have definitely put me off had I known that . The park is now all up and the quality is really good , I would definitely recommend .

Lovely sturdy slide which was packaged well. This was a pre order and communication was good from Active garden who provided regular updates. Would definitely buy from this company again.

The nest swing arrived with the wrong frame. Marianela was very quick to ensure the correct frame was sent, which arrived within two days. Very very helpful, keeping me informed about the order, delivery, etc.
The grandkids absolutely love it!

I bought a slide from Active Garden Ltd for my granddaughter’s birthday and they went out of their way to ensure she received it on time. They were so helpful and their customer services were excellent. I highly recommend them.

Active Garden were attentive to our order from day one and kept us fully informed of progress. The whole process was really excellent considering we had Christmas in between ordering and delivery.
