The climbing frame is fantastic and perfect for our children with special educational needs. The children have all been on it so much and the staff are loving it too. It's great to have something so robust, in fitting with our outside area and to know it has all been assessed as safe is reassuring too. The design was beyond our expectations and we really appreciated how we were able to adapt and tweak it until it was 100% perfect and also within our tight budget. What an amazing company with such fantastic communication and so much patience! The end result is ideally suited to our children's needs and I'm sure we will come back to Active Garden with future projects. The wet pour also looks fantastic and it was wonderful to have the area all ready to use again the very next day. We would highly recommend Active Garden to other schools and specialist settings as they really listen to individual needs. Super happy :)

Fabulous service from start to finish, Marianela could’ve have been more helpful. We now have a wonderful play area for our Grandchildren.

I spent so long looking at various different companies - Wickey, Fatmoose, Selwood, Dunster House, etc. - And it was the odd review here and there that put me off! I then stumbled upon ActiveGarden and what a find it was!

Absolutely fantastic end-to-end service - From discussing ideas with Marianela over the phone, putting together a completely bespoke Blue Rabbit design, sketch drawings, updates on delivery, and the fantastic installation service from Henri - What a treat!

I honestly couldn't rate AG any higher. Will certainly be passing on their details to any friends and family whom are in the market for any play frame equipment.

Incredible end to end service, competitively priced! Marianela was so lovely to work with, professional, responsive and designed a playground that captured everything I wanted for my children. Any extras I required like a wooden roof for one of the towers instead or canvas, a cover for the sandpit - Marianela was very happy to oblige and has hired tradesman that are very skilled and able to adapt the product to your needs.

It was hard to come across a company that offered installation. Active Garden did an incredible job. Henri really knows this product and his experience in installation shines through. The charge for this service was very reasonable for the workmanship. I especially loved the innovative sandpit cover he made.

From the first enquiry through to installation the service delivered was absolutely faultless. The team offered product advice and guidance based on the age of my child and were able to offer design adaptations to meet my very demanding requirements! Delivery was on time and easy to track and the 21 packages that made up our delivery served as a good reminder as to why I elected for the full installation service - by the time I would have unpacked all the parcels Henri was already half way to building our climbing frame. I can honestly say that watching Henri install was a work of art and he didn’t stop for the whole time he was with us. If you’re investing in an Active Garden climbing frame be sure to include installation - you certainly won’t regret it!! Fabulous product, fabulous service and amazing installation.

Rapid delivery of excellent components for my garden play centre

Product was excellent, arrived very quickly and was as described. Is now being much enjoyed!

Product was great and good value for money. The instructions were pretty good to follow, my only criticism would be better labelling of the wood, and pre cut items of wood where you need to cut into shape.

Ordered an extra large playhouse and the wrong parts turned up. Have spent the previous 2 weekends preparing the garden making space removing a hedge etc and bought what was supposed to be a premium product. Complete waste of time and not what i would expect when spending well over a thousand pounds.
Kids are dissapointed and im gutted.

Brilliant, several competitors had messed orders up and blamed external factors, active garden exceeded my expectations and got it to me rapid

The quality of the swings are excellent. I called and spoke to the team at Active Garden prior to ordering to get some advice and they were very helpful. We opted for professional installation which I am really pleased about - the guy who came was very efficient and I feel confident the swings are fixed in properly.

Delivery came packaged well and the timber and fixtures were of a good quality. Instructions were easy to follow and comprehensive. Overall very happy with my purchase. Sure my kids will have many hours of fun!
