I ordered from ActiveHerb (order #50510233, approx. $107), but the package was never delivered.

Tracking shows the shipment was returned and ultimately lost in transit. Both USPS and Israel Post confirmed it was not delivered.

I contacted the company multiple times and even offered a reasonable compromise where I would absorb part of the loss. However, the only solution offered was a small discount on a future order, which does not meaningfully address the issue.

I was hoping for a fair resolution, but unfortunately, this was not provided.

Disappointing experience despite initially good expectations.

I bought a special Chinese product which only ActiveHerb was able deliver it to Denmark. (Neither Amazon nor other sites could deliver it). It was shipped by FedEx from USA. It passed the border control without any issues, the delivery note was very clear and included all the information about the product. After I paid the taxes, it was shipped out to my home.
Previously I did my research on the company and after reading the reviews, I had my doubts that it is for real. But Active Herb deserves a good review, they delivered what I needed, in good time and without any issues at the border.

My dog was prescribed Yunnan Baiyao to helpnstop internal bleeding of a tumor. I ordered the medication from ActiveHerb and paid $70 to overnight the medication. I could have paid $3 to have 2 day shipping but I needed it asap. I did not receive it overnight. I I received it 2 days days after making making the purchase. I contacted customer service to request I be reimbursed the $70 overnight shipping. They are refusing to reimburse me stating I'm getting the medication today and that the issue was Fed Ex. While that may be the case, I was their customer. As their customer, I should have been reimbursed the cost of shipping and they can take it up with Fed ex, who was their carrier of choice. Especially because it was $70! DO NOT use ActiveHerb. Customer service is VERY poor and they do not care about their customers.

Did not put custom form properly as result product was return 3 months later no product no money. Responding any emails takes weeks. I do not recommend this place.
