Wish I had never ordered from this company

Wish I had looked at his site before I placed an order with this company. I placed an order on 8th August for some sandles and haven't received them. I emailed the email address that was on the order which was replied to straight away and I was told they were looking into where my sandles where. A few more emails saying they where still investigating and then I received another email saying that JD sports don't deal with ActivInstinct and I had to email a different address and closed the case. I sent an email to this other address on 23rd and am still waiting to hear from them.

Activinstinct DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS TO STORE

Ordered and received a pair of MBT sandals - I noted on delivery note that company offered FREE RETURNS TO STORE ..... and our staff will be happy to help!!!!!!!!!!
I emailed to check nearest store for return as I wished to try on other MBT sandals and was told that Activinstinct is a online store only.
Unhappy indeed especially as after I had paid for pick up from courier I received a free returns coupon from company.
A bit late Activinstinct another disappointed customer to your list....

I was a long standing customer buying…

I was a long standing customer buying tennis balls, shoes, grips etc.Two years ago had a problem in them delivering 12 dozen balls and took weeks to sort out.
However last week ordered 12 dozen balls with a few other items. The smaller items arrived but the balls didnt!
I emailed straight away but they said according to them both packages were delivered and wanted me to fill in a declaration form to say i am not liable! And also they can start their investigation into where the balls had got to!
I told them i am not interested in their imvestigation as it will take to long: I just need a new set of balls sent out.
They refused as if i am to blame!
i have ask for a refund as will take my business elsewhere and now they just ignore my emails.
SHOCKING
Will never use them again and will tell all my customers just to look on trustpilot to see how badly they treat customers.
I was spending £300 to £400 a year.
How stupid they must be

BIGGEST FRAUDS.

My review is summed up in his reply through email.
‘Are you for real?
You could of let me known weeks ago when I made the order and refund me the money as well.
But you give me a ‘partial’ refund since some items we’re missing and the rest will still be sent out to me.
And now, you wait for me to contact you and you finally let me know none of the items were sent? The absolute nerve.
Pure joke of a business. Will never order from you frauds again.
I’ll make sure others know how terrible you fellas are too.
Goodbye.’
PLS DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE BAFOONS. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EXCUSES. I JUST WONDER HOW CAN A BUSINESS BE THIS BAD.

One of the worst places to order…

One of the worst places to order online.

My order never got dispatched, when raising a case, 5 days after the advised 2 day delivery time, which can only be done by email and they will not communicate by phone, they initially said lost in transit. I asked for another to be sent when asked what I wanted for 2 days later a email back to say it had originally got stuck at the warehouse. Several furthe remail across a few more days eventually managed to get them to speak to the warehouse and I then recurves a dispatch note.

Funny thing about the dispatch note. Where it says track your delivery here, it’s just changed the font to blue and not actually a link to track where it is.

Service is shocking, deceivers is shocking and the company don’t really seem to know what’s going on.

Will never use this company again, would rather pay the extra £25 and source from a reputable merchant.

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive…

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive when I saw the below reviews but paid on PayPal to ensure peace of mind should something go wrong. The price of my purchase was the best on the net and to be honest this was the only site I could actually find my size on. I ordered on the Friday and received immediate confirmation by email. I was given details of how to track my order and informed of how I would informed of its process along the way. I had chosen delivery to a JD Sports store to prevent the delivery being delayed by not being in. I checked the delivery tracking over the weekend and it showed my order was in the warehouse being processed. Early Monday I saw that it had been processed and was on its way to store. By mid day I received an e-mail to say it was ready for collection. As I was in Town I popped in to JDs and collected it. Product as ordered. Polite store staff. Good communication and quick delivery. I will have no qualms about using again.

All good

I found the pair of training shoes I wanted at 40% off. I ordered them on Wednesday and received them on Saturday. Items brand new in original packaging. This was the first time I bought from this vendor. Based on this experience I would recommend.

Don't expect faulty goods to be replaced!

Merrell Shoes failed after a month of normal use and we were asked for pictures, and then asked to return them, and then told 'we do not feel that credit is justified as the product in question has been worn and is no longer in a resaleable condition. No manufacturing fault could be found’.

In other words we shouldn't expect a product to last longer than a month. It looks like this whole operation is a shambolic rebrand of Millets Sports, even the web address on the letter from them was wrong. Don't touch them with a barge-pole!

Disgusting company

Non-existent customer services and unethical pricing practices. I bought a pair of trainers for £110. Two days later they emailed to say they were out of stock. I checked online and said, no, you have them online, I can see them listed. Same trainers, size and colour. Their response was they cannot price match them as they have gone back up to £150 again.

That’s right, they are flat out refusing to post my items which they have payment for a few days ago, because this greedy company raised their prices AFTER I bought the trainers!!!

My first order and no problem at all.

I ordered an Asics GEL cricket shoes and was delivered on time. Looking at the review I was a bit sceptical initially but went for it Since it was the cheapest in the market. It is a subsidy of JD Sports I think. I had no issues and would not hesitate to buy again if they sell at a bargain.

Appalling

Appalling - worst ever experience with an online retailer - zero customer service and chronic delays in despatch. Click and collect item took ten days to arrive. I collected from the store - JD Sports. The shoes didn't fit. I then had to pay £2.50 to send them back by Hermes because you can't leave them at the shop if you want to return them. A week later nobody has confirmed receipt and I have had no refund. This shop is apparently a rebrand of Millets and are associated with JD Sports.

No complaints from me!

I was apprehensive to make an order with this company after seeing the below reviews, but as they were the cheapest on the market I was willing to take the risk. I made the order on Wednesday, free standard delivery, and they arrived today (Saturday). I received both an email and sms to say the order had been received, then a further to say it had been dispatched, and then a further once the goods had been delivered. Cannot fault them.

Awfull company for getting in contact

Place an order for next day delivery at premium cost (dpd £4.99 and was sent by them with Hermes which was cheaper and which I didn’t request) order not delivered and customer care line is a total waste of time and effort .
Don’t waste your time and money with this company

Surprised to see so many bad reviews

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews - I was very impressed with the speedy delivery (I opted for "next day delivery", ordering at midday and received the item by 1pm the following day). The item was as described and I had good communication from the company and the third party delivery company throughout.

Order lost and poor customer service

Ordered from them quickly received an email saying that it had been dispatched. 8 working days later still had not arrived. Customer services is very poor they do not answer emails in fact the first email that I got was to review their response difficult when there had been no response. No phone number so you can not speak to anybody women at JD sports was apologetic but could not help. Eventually I got a response from email to say the order had been lost. Refund takes 3-5 working days! they will have had my money for over two weeks no apology no offer of sending something similar or even a voucher as compensation. So disappointed and worse have to get in the lake in the morning with no wetsuit!! Don't be tempted go elsewhere to buy. Couldn't leave a negative review on their website.

This company is a JOKE!

This company is a JOKE!! just look at the reviews!

Formally Millet Sports that has been "rebranded" shame they still can't get their act together! HOPELESS company, a simple order is wrong then they have ZERO customer services, nothing!

I am really surprised that this company is actually still trading!

Ordered their "special offer" of 12 dozen tennis balls, £99 I get one YES one pack of 4 balls!!!! Call them, nothing, email nothing, so what now???

Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere this company is quite simply A JOKE!!!

Terrible customer service

they have had my returned goods for 3 weeks and told me I would be refunded within 24hrs a week ago and no like everyone else they have stopped replying to my emails. Will never use them again

Considering buying from this supplier, Don't !

If anyone is considering buying from this shop,... you need to know this first.

1. Postage: they will be very late.

2. Email support: they do not reply to you.

3. Phone: they give you this number with your order, it does not work! +44 8452702010.

4. Twitter: they advise communicating over twitter, by tweeting your complains. This is a waste of time too!

Delivery: prepared to pay extra for a quick service and they never arrive!! (actually my order has still not arrived yet!!!). This company gives out a phone number that does not work, an email address that does not respond, and a service that does not work. It leaves you helpless.

For me, I have asked for a full refund, and I expect a similar problem!
However, I paid via Paypal, so I have contacted them, ... ActivInstinct Ltd has not responded yet... surprised !! No.

I will escalate this order through Paypal, this way I can have my say and discuss their conduct directly with Paypal.

WARNING, don't buy from this supplier unless you are able to TALK to them on the phone or email, which you can't.
