Affordable for the quality of the tea they have. They also offer "fandom teas," which are a lot of fun for people who enjoy tea and are part of a specific fandom.

I love Adagio Teas! They have made it so easy to get good, quality tea for less wallet impact. I love that I can create my own blends, I reccomend them to everyone I know, and the points mean that I can get free shipping! My mom and I will sit down together and decide on what teas we want to stock up on, it's become a bonding activity to us.

I purchase samples from them when they popped up on facebook literally over a year ago and I waited two weeks, never got them, emailed them, they asked me to wait another week even though I could clearly see from the tracking number that they left New Jersey and never went any further. I waited two weeks, because I got busy, still never got them, messaged them back on both email and via their website, never got a response, decided it wasn't worth it but they kept sending me their stupid promotional emails even after I tried unsubscribing. I started reading their reviews and realized that many others had this same issue and that they are known for their poor excuses and customer services, so I rekindled the complaint, was told I'd be refunded, never got it, so I filed a complaint with the BBB which caused them to respond giving me some sorry excuse about how my initial message got lost because it goes to generic customer service (uh, where else would it go?), and then tried to blame the post office for the problem. They said once again they'd refund me. Never got it. Absolutely sickening. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a company, not even Amazon.

Adagio Teas are fantastic. They're beautifully blended and every aspect of quality teas are in every single spoonful.

Adagio Tea is a great place for discovering and experiencing high quality teas! The have a huge assortment of great tea blends with high quality ingredients, and each tea blend page has a decent amount of in-site reviews to let you know if you truly are suited for the particular kind of tea! There are even options for flavor and ingredient preferences making it easier to find and discover new tea blends to experience for the first time!

First, the quality of the product. I always know I'm getting the 'best' herbal tea on the market. Second, delivery is always fast (this last delivery arrived on a Sunday). Third, I've never received an order with an error which is a big deal (at least in my experience) post-pandemic.

The delight in having so many options of flavors, mixes, loose or bagged, caffeine content, reviews on the teas, good customer service, delicious teas ( try loose Cherry Marzipan), samples for friends, sample bags of several numbers of teas. So much fun, especially that you can choose 4 flavors from their extensive list of ingredients to make your own brew, your own name for it and a photo of yours to put on the box.

Horrible customer service, will never order from this company ever again.

I placed an order with this company and everything went fine, until for some reason USPS decided to return the order to the sender. I immediately emailed customer service asking what to do and they said I couldn't do anything until they received the package back. Alright I guess that makes sense. In the meantime I contacted USPS who told me nothing was wrong with my address and there was no reason it shouldn't have been delivered.

Flash forward to almost 3 weeks after I originally placed my order I get an email from adagio saying that they received my order and they gave me two options: pay $3.75 to have it reshipped or only get a refund for $7.50 of my $20 order... I opted to reship and sent customer service an email asking them to waive that fee because I didn't do anything wrong. I imputed my address correctly when I placed the order.

Customer service told me they would refuse to refund me anything until USPS took accountability for messing up the delivery. What....? How is it my financial responsibility to have to pay for USPS's mistake or theirs since USPS told me they did nothing wrong. And the kicker? They charged me $7.50 for the reshipment.

When I asked customer service why they over charged me they denied that they charged me $7.50 and then tried to make me feel bad telling me it was a "mere charge of $3.75" I responded with photos of my address I gave them on my original order, pieces of mail with that same exact address, AND my bank statement showing their overcharge that I did not authorize.

HORRIBLE, greedy company. Do not support these people that care more about the $3.50 price of shipping than their customers.

This is a lovely tea. It has enough L-theanine to start the day calm, focused and in a good mood!

I tried these teas on a sample order and have been quite pleased with each one. The website has tutorials on how to brew teas properly and I must admit that following these guidelines, my teas have come out tasting better than before. I will definitely continue to purchase more teas from Adagio Teas :D

Excellent loose leaf teas. Love their chamomile, mint, and jasmine pearl green tea.

I first heard about Adagio Tea when ordering my Lardera coffee beans. So why not try the tea. I'm hooked. Each and every blend is amazing. The teas are all labeled High, Lo or No caffeine which is truly helpful. Whether you order a bag or individuals they are all fresh and smell as good as they taste. The communitea box is a great value and fun!

This tea company has so many choices for all different tastes of people. They offer honey and sugar to put in the tea as well

Absolutely wonderful company to buy from!

HORRIBLE customer experience as a first time purchaser. I placed an order for $26 and let them know I never received it. Customer service suggested it was my fault for not grabbing the package immediately after arrival (I travel for work and I have locked mailboxes for all mail in my apartment and have never had an issue). I went to open it one week later, which is very reasonable in my opinion. I also waited to see if it showed up as they suggested it could have been a miss-scan.

They told me to wait and then they contacted USPS to start an investigation. I was told that USPS says they delivered the package and if I didn't have it then I should reach out to them. They refused to refund me or send a replacement order and made me feel like I was the one at fault. BUYER BEWARE! Looks to me it’s a normal occurrence looking at the review before mine.

Company responded to this comment stating that they have reached out for a replacement and that I may have missed the email. When I went to my email, rest assured, they had sent that email RIGHT BEFORE they commented to cover themselves and be able to respond to my comment saying I was not accurate. I believe they never would have done so without me leaving a bad review.

This company has some untrustworthy practices and I will not order from them again.
