Refund for fast shipping 14.99$

I received my items in 3 days paid extra for shipping and the date was not on the 22 but came on the 23 the free toy wasn’t
as advertised so I kinda feel ripped off.
The free toy stopped working and the product I bought for my girlfriend said
it hurts plus I paid 43 dollars for all of this is there anyway to get a refund.

This is my first time ordering from a…

This is my first time ordering from a sex toy website, and I am very pleased. I placed my order on january on the 17th, and it was estimated to come by the 27th, yet it arrived early on the 22nd. I had a great experience with the package, and the things I ordered were amazing.

Horrible

Horrible - over priced shipping and delivered to wrong address- never confirmed my current address. No package and no refund - $80 wasted.
Customer service was terrible no help whatsoever, I will never order from them again - Buyers Beware!

The free vibrating dildo did not work

The free vibrating dildo my wife loved it worked for 5 min and stopped working does not vibrate anymore. Update they sent a replacement with no questions asked. I know it was a freebie but still nice to know it worked. I can say they honored their ad and it makes it easier for me to continue to order from. Them. So I will be a customer as long as the support stays the same.

I ordered a product on the 8th and I…

I ordered a product on the 8th and I was told the estimated time of arrival was the 16th
It's now the 17th and there is no update if it's out on delivery yet. With all the bad delivery reviews here I would hope to get it soon otherwise I may just ask for a refund. I doubt I'd buy here again if I didn't.

Finished 3 times. 2->3 holes

Finished 3 times, rarely ever do 2. The toy is big but not massive. Ass and vag connect so fingering either side does make better suction. I would have given it 5 stars but on my very first use, a neck hole opened at the top (lowkey a flex) I would have been upset but now I can use that hole which connects to the rest and isn’t that bad at all. Still sad it broke though

Rude customer service

Rude customer service, deceptive marketing that doesn’t give you what they offer. Ordered a gift for a friend’s party and selected shipping dates that would allow an extra day for delivery.
Of course… it didn’t arrive on time. The rep I spoke to was crazy rude and took zero accountability for the lie saying I should have “just paid for more expensive shipping” like the problem wasn’t them not meeting the guideline they gave me.
Other than that the “free shipping and 8 free items” from the ad I clicked ended up not being free shipping (at any speed) and 4 free items, not 8.
Had their customer service rep even been professional I probably would have tried again. I’ll stick with Amazon, still funding jerks but at least they ship on time.

Wish I’d come here first! Could have saved my time.

ETA- interesting they only respond to good reviews.

Received the order, without promotional items

Much like others leaving reviews, I placed an ordered that was supposed to include the item I selected, plus the 4 free gifts offered via a promotion. I’ve received the item I paid for, albeit in a damaged box (not the packaging used for shipping), but the 4 gifts I selected are nowhere to be found. It’s more frustrating given I ONLY placed an order because of the promotion for the 4 gifts.

I ordered something for my friend and…

I ordered something for my friend and it was supposed to be delivered by now but it went from one hour away from her to 2.5 hours away from her. How do you charge different prices for different shipping speeds but after reading reviews and from personal experience you don't deliver on time? I would cancel my order if I could and I will never be buying from Adam & Eve again.
