My mother is a resident at AdamsCourt Care Home in Bournemouth and I can assure you this was the worst move I ever made?!!..it has Serious Failing in Care and professionalism. CQC have demoted them to 8.5 from 9.0. There have also been Safeguard Issue that I have had to raise, and lack of Privacy and dignity, they have lied and fabricated the truth, there are serious communication issues with staff, This place is an illusion but, once you peel back the layers It all boils down to very poor, inadequate Sub standard Management, who are not professional ,but literally bare a grudge if you complain about anything!! They have controlled and abused their authority over my mother which is a , serious Deprivation of her Liberty! In any way possible, and they have purposely obstructed my visits to my Mother. I’ve complained to Adult Social Care, CQC, Dolls Team however due to this home being run by Vauxian Care, their hands are tied. Meanwhile my mother is asking me constantly when I can visit and I have been heartbroken as we are very close, it has been 3 weeks!! I am disgusted and shocked that the Management of this Home are so vindictive and calculating, and can hide behind the word ‘Care’ when my mother who is 91 yrs is suffering such appalling Emotional and Mental abuse. Thank God she is being removed from AdamsCourt very soon and this is a massive release for all of the Family especially my poor old Mum.
