And to top it all off , delivered a day earlier than expected.

First of all, I want to mention that the company has an excellent customer service support in place and have in the past been super generous by sending me a product for free when I had an issue with the packaging and how I received it. They have since created internal seals inside so this is no longer a problem. Worth mentioning a super quick next working day delivery in place too.

Over the past 10 years, I have tried so many menopausal products on the market to the point out of frustration I stopped altogether thinking that none would work and they were a waste of money.
Then, after a particularly rough night of hot flashes and unable to sleep, I grabbed my phone at 2:00 am and started to google for a new product. I then came across Adaptogenic Apothecary FREEDOM designed specifically for menopausal women. I have been taking it for just over 6 months now and seen a complete turnaround. I sleep better, less hot flashes if any at all most nights. No longer get them in the day either and feel more like myself again too.
I wanted to test it so I came off the powder for about 3-4 weeks. At first I felt fine and thought I no longer needed to buy it but then all of a sudden the menopausal symptoms came back with a vengeance! I started retaking it again and by day 3 the night sweats had subsided dramatically and my sleep returned. Now that I have experimented with it I know that it’s working and not some kind of placebo effect. This is my honest review, however, I have not given a full 5 stars as nothing is perfect and I still get symptoms of menopause every now and again but I would say all my menopause symptoms across the board have reduced by 80% which is pretty brilliant. Also, I do still believe that the product is quite expensive even as a subscription package and despite it working. If like myself, you have become dependent on it, then you have no choice but to buy it unless you can find another cheaper alternative elsewhere that works just as well and is cheaper. Maybe they could offer frequent special offers such as a buy two get one free type of incentive which might alleviate the purse strings for some of us a bit and help maintain their customers.

That said, it works great so a big thank you to Adaptogenic Apothecary from me and my husband too! for helping me and I’m sure so many others get through their menopause.

I was unsure whether I needed the freedom blend or the Harmony ones but the company were quick to help and advise. I have been taking the freedom supplement for nearly a month now and the effects have been startling in the best possible way. I feel like a part of me that was lost has returned. I feel hopeful and optimistic and energised and I have had less issues with blood sugar and sugar cravings. I am so so glad I have found this supplement and I am recommending this to everyone!

I've been using Freedom for about 4 6 months, and seems to help most with the crazy mood swings I was having. They have definitely mellowed. I also think the hot flashes have subsided a bit. Still get them but not frequently and they tend to pass quickly. I mix a teaspon into my coffee each morning. There is no taste for me - not noticeable at least. I have refrained from using any other menopause treatments and will continue with this until I feel like something added is needed. For now, Freedom is doing the trick for me!

I purchased the freedom and it only arrived today hence the 3 star review. I added the accurate 6 gram amount to my cereal bowl with a little milk, stirred well than added Cheerios and more milk and was absolutely fine. If anything it gave a little extra flavour to my cereal so so far so good. I'll update in a few weeks with how I feel it's going. Im currently in menopause so symptoms are very severe as I'm trying to avoid HRT so I'm hoping this will make it more bearable in day to day life as I have a 3 yrs old whos energy levels are insane lol. No sleep as I still do night feeds and also work so lifestyle is quite hectic which doesn't help with symptoms.

Their products are amazing! I am so glad that I found them. They are super natural. Alot of mushroom products out there have put so many artificial sweetners and additives into their products. Where these products are natural and effective

I have been taking Freedom product for several weeks now and , for me, this product really works as a post menopausal supplement support.. I have tried different supplements but the combinations within Freedom appear to truly prop me up! Try it but you must , as with any supplement , give the wonderful herbs time to work!

I started using Freedom last month after really struggling with menopausal pains, aches, lack of focus and much more. The difference to my wellbeing has been incredible and the Peace evening drink really calms me in the evenings, stopping the sweet cravings and the need for sugar. It’s also really helped with sleep. I've been using Freedom for the last 8 months and prior to that the Harmony product. I have loved both and they've made such a difference to my perimenopause symptoms. I switched to using Freedom to compliment HRT and the knowledge and reassurance from AA's medical herbalist was second to none. I know it's working for me as I had 10 days without it and I didn't feel as upbeat or as happy in myself then realised it must have been the lack of the amazing herbs/mushrooms etc in Freedom and I ordered it quick smart.

I used Harmony for a few months and it helped with moods and energy. I gave up on it after a while because it didn’t feel like it was doing much anymore. That was a massive mistake! All my symptoms came back and thankfully they’ve calmed right back down after starting back on the set. Very happy and ready to try Peace now!

The herbs arrived beautifully packaged, and the customer service staff were helpful when I asked a question, but the herbs haven't helped me. I persisted for a while even though they taste disgusting, no matter how you take them (sludge at the bottom of a coffee cup was an all time low, as I'd hoped coffee would mask the flavour, but they just wouldn't blend). Were they making me feel great I'd have persisted, but each time I took them - even in smaller doses - I had stomach ache, which I never get, and horrible restless sleep that night. I know they're blended by a herbalist, but as the herbalist must surely know, and I SHOULD have known (having worked in complementary medicine for decades) there really is no one solution that works for everyone. I wish I hadn't fallen for the glowing reviews from others, as this turned out to be an expensive waste of money for me. If they would consider selling a much smaller, cheaper pot that would be good - you won't know if you benefit quickly, but you'll know if you can stand the taste, and you'll know if you're having a bad reaction such as stomach pain, like I did.

My hormones have been all over the place since having my second child and weaning - I was intensely moody and altogether miserable in my luteal phase. I started taking this halfway through my cycle and was amazed at the difference - my irritability vanished seemingly over night and my mood just completely stabilised. I cannot recommend this product enough to anyone struggling with hormone fluctuations throughout their cycle!

A cool company thats produces beautifully natural and healthy products that actually work with the very mechanics of your body - not masking or layering on anything harsh or unnatural, they simply enhance what you already have, making life that bit easier, which I absolutely love.

I've been using Freedom for over a year now - I was/am on HRT but wanted something to support that as I was having a severely bad time. I noticed the difference from using Freedom within a week or so and I have had at least one cup of it every day since! I have also recently started using Calm for before bedtime as and when needed. I love both products and I’m sure I’ll be adding to the collection at some point soon.

I don't frequently do reviews, but this product is worth reviewing. Being a lady of a certain age the peri menopausal symptoms creep up on you & to find a product that can help alleviate these pesky symptoms is simply wonderful 👍🏻 So glad I came across Freedom - it's so easy to use & for me does what it says on the tin (so to speak).
As a fabulous added bonus the customer service is really friendly & quick to respond 😊

Really pleased with the Freedom product. It has made such a difference to my menopause symptoms. I had tried a lot of different supplements which hadn’t helped but this has definitely made such a difference - so much so I don’t get hot flushes anymore and I can now sleep so much better - no more waking with night sweats!!

great delivery. good product. can't scientifically evidence that it's made a difference, but the brain fog has cleared a little and I've had less anxiety.

Have been looking for an ashwagandha powder for a while and this looked exactly what I needed, and produced as a powder. I love it! I blend it in with my coffee and it tastes great. Definitely feeling more balanced since I started it. Thoroughly recommend

I’m on day 28 of my cycle and started Harmony on day 1. My mind is completely blown away! I’ve tried quite a few brands and supplements /adaptogens to support perimenopause over the last year. My symptoms were so intense the last few months especially - from ovulation onwards I’d have hot flashes, rage days, insomnia, despair and depression with anxiety just before my bleed came - such a fun mix 😅 This cycle though with Harmony, what a massive difference! I’ve had nothing but a happy mood all month long and on the worst day, my usual clockwork rage day, I just felt a bit flat. That was it! I’ve had lots more energy, such a big mood lift, I can focus, I’m sleeping really well - I’m just in awe of this blend.
