Adapt tape has helped me so much as a beginner in CrossFit. Learning new exercises can be daunting and painful on the hands but since using adapt tape on my thumbs to help with the hook grip and also to cover my hands when doing pull-ups etc I have felt much more confident and less pain which has helped me improve!
The Adapt team are so helpful too!

Only bit of constructive criticism would be the amount of packaging it came in for the size of the tape box.
It only needed half of what I got. Lots of extra packaging.

Noticed it had been a few weeks since my tape had been dispatched and just send a casual message asking them if they knew where it was, straight away found out royal mail had lost it and resent me the tape I needed for a comp I have on next day deliver

Great product
Great product, great service and great delivery times. Super happy with the product it’s great for quick application with how sticky the tape is which is invaluable in the middle of busy workout sessions and the product provides fantastic protection and grip! Will be purchasing again!
