I had a discrimination situation by one a senior employee at ADCB and raised a complaint and the answer was (there is nothing wrong with that)!! Can you believe it. The bank officially encourages his employees to discriminate and treat customers based on nationalities

On of the worst bank for company account. the account manager do to reply to calls or messages.THEY DONT CARE.. VERY SIMPLY PUT. since 2 months have opened company account and half of the functions dont work for my account. Account manager after getting his commission from opening my account he disappeared sadly . did not except such kind of service from such a reputable bank.

Just to print a bank statement I waited for 1 hour for my number to come. They need to be more organized and quicker inspite of having 6 working counters. There should have managers to see what is going on and quickly manage the people and counters for simple bank statement requests

Worst banking and customers service team . They don't know anything. Please keep well knowledgeable people for customer service.
Due to banking rules to keep minimum balance , I changed I account to Millionaire destiny. We called to customer care asking for debit card ,and the confirmed that needs to visit bank . I went bank and asked for my debit card . But they said card will be despatched to our address. I returned back .
Again doubtebly I called customer service team again , they told me to visit ADCB U bank .
I have created bank account but no idea I am getting debit cards .

As per the Fujairah ADCB bank officer, the bank has changed their policy to block sending sms for card transactions. Only more than AED 500, sms generates with bank balance. This is very difficult situation to small customer like us to know the bank balance instantly. Hence, we request ADCB bank to facilitate small customers without making their minds to withdraw accounts. Thank you

A fraudulent transaction occurred after my OTP was leaked, and despite reporting it, the bank refused to provide any support or carry out a proper investigation. They were not willing to take responsibility or help recover the lost amount....Money is not safe!
