A very disappointing vehicle service
A very disappointing experience with this service centre. I booked my RAM 2500 in for a service a month in advance, and while communication was initially good—with the company updating me whenever there was an issue—the overall process was frustrating.
Surprisingly, they couldn’t complete the service on the scheduled day because they did not have the correct engine oil, despite already draining the oil from the engine. This delay extended the service time to three days.
Additionally, I reported an engine oil leak when booking the service—a clear warranty issue, especially given the truck has only 36,000 km. However, when I collected the vehicle, no action had been taken to address this leak. I was then informed that approval from RAM would take one to two weeks before the repair could proceed. Had I been told this upfront when booking, I could have planned accordingly.
Overall, the process lacked foresight and proper communication about important warranty repairs. It was a disappointing experience that fell short of reasonable customer expectations.
