Adeline and her team have been a blessing in my hair journey. Having gone to another salon and having not great results or experience I really wanted a professional stylist and environment. From the moment of my first appointment her knowledge and advice was invaluable. Treatments and relaxers are first class and her haircuts are amazing. They are all attentive, kind and professional and the atmosphere is always positive. My hair journey 1 year on from regular care and treatment is much improved. Thank you Adeline, Mr Fred and all the team.

I've recently started visiting this salon with my three young daughters. The whole experience is so welcoming and professional from first phonecall through to final payment. As a mother of mixed heritage children this is a very rare find and I really love the no nonsense approach to dealing with young children, the kindness and compassion shown to them, the care taken to help them to fall in love with their hair and the overall community environment I witness and experience in the shop. There is a real efficiency and an obvious passion for their work among all the stylists and my girls are always excited to return and be pampered, well done to all the team.

If I could give this business 0/5 stars, I would, because it's not even worth the 1 star. I came to relax my hair. Normally when people relax their hair, it will be frizz free and straight for 3 months. However not here. After the first week when I washed my hair, I was shocked to find out that my hair was COMPLETELY FRIZZY, not even 10% relaxed. Bear in mind, this costs £90!! For 23 years, I have been relaxing my hair 4 times a year, and have done this across multiple shops, all producing amazing results, even when they used cheaper products. These people at Adeline hair and beauty say they use Affirm products which are excellent products when it comes to hair relaxing. But an instant red flag is that they do not even make the product in front of you. They go into another room, create the product and come back. Who knows what they could be using? Soon after the product was applied to my hair, my scalp was on FIRE. This is extremely abnormal as I always make sure I do not wash my hair for at least 10 days before a hair relaxation appointment in order to avoid this very issue. This makes me wonder if they really do use the high quality Affirm products they say they do. After calling them back up, Adeline raises her voice at me and speaks to me in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Her attitude is unacceptable. All in all, do not waste your time and money at this place. Despite all of these issues, they tried nothing to fix my issue, and instead were rude. I have been to expensive and cheap places, and they were all amazing. I only tried this place due to the convenience of it being close to where I live and also it seems to have good reviews on google. Both Adeline and her husband at the reception speak with a rude and condescending manner to their customers.

Fantastic at what they do. They always answer the phone to book an appointment quickly and are polite. I like that they offer student discount on selected days and Adeline always does a fantastic job with my hair.
