I bought a 2x (obviously only for tall people, husky small body builders don't count) and I caant even get the sleeves over my elbows. The cuffs are so tight they leave blisters if left on longer than 12 hours. Qualitibetter than most but really sucking on sizeing I'd leave a picture here but not allowed

The quality has become simply disgusting, the prices have gone up. I'm constantly receiving clothes in the wrong size, they take a long time to replace them, and the customer support is terrible.
Great value, excellent trainers
I have bought 13 pairs of adidas trainers to date and every one of them fit well and are comfortable. Some I use occasionally and others regularly. My most recent pair are for gym wear and are so comfortable, they allow for air movement so my feet don’t get sweaty, they are very light and stable to use when lifting weights. Besides the practical positives of Adidas trainers they are also stylish, a great look and have a whole range of affordable shoes that look just as good as their high end trainers.

Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong house. Adidas have said this not my fault and I have to take the loss.
Adidas customer services are useless. Don’t listen to what is being said. I’ll never use them again.
Disgusting. Lazy company.
Delivery service absolute garbage and…
Delivery service absolute garbage and customer service is a joke! Tried 2 times to order product and my wife tried 2 times to order stuff for her, we contacted customer service many times and they tell you to just wait. Over 2 month of waiting and just lame generic responses. Then instead of any answers they just send me a refund return email and refund me the money so all the items I selected are just gone and I would have to go find them again and redo the order. Why offer online if you can’t deliver the product!
20 years and still going
20 years and still going. Everything I wear is Adidas! These shoes have been through hell and still hold up like new (even though they don't look like new). Wish I could send a picture. They don't make things like they used to. Love Adidas Good Year shoes! Thanks Adidas!

I am very disappointed with Adidas quality and customer service.
I bought Adidas Superstar shoes for my child in the Adidas store in Galeria Kaskada, Szczecin, Poland. After only about 1–2 months of normal use, the inner fabric around the heel became badly worn and torn.
My child has many other shoes from different brands that have been used for much longer, even over a year, and none of them have this problem. If this was caused by “incorrect use,” then the same damage should appear in all other shoes too — but it only happened with Adidas.
I submitted a complaint to the store, but Adidas rejected it and claimed the damage was caused by improper use or wearing the wrong size.
In my opinion, children’s shoes should not fall apart after such a short period of normal use. This looks like poor material quality, not misuse.
I am sharing this experience publicly because other customers should know how Adidas handles complaints and product quality issues.
ADIDAS Junk Review
Five months ago I bought a pair of Adidas Galaxy 7 Running Shoes. In the past I have always purchased Asics and they have been exceptional. I know why change? A sale of course. A former pair of Asics I have worn for at least three to four years speed walking about 100 miles/month I retired.
The brand new Adidas? The soles are 30% to 45% GONE, a HOLE actually has already developed over my large toe area? IN FIVE MONTHS!
Absolute garbage today. Used to be acceptable but believe me...DO NOT buy Adidas under any circumstances if you are a serious athlete!
Thank you for your time.Adidas

Appalling service received delivery of trainers with security tag still on told me to go to nearest store 50 miles away to get it removed
Quality going downhill
Recently recieved a pair of trainers from adidas which were very poor quality! Glue every where, logos sticking out, bad stitching and inconsistent material qualities. They genuinely look and feel fake but adidas are making it a nightmare to return them. Aparently i ran out of time to return them even though i requested a return within 20 minutes of recieving them! Along with the design changes, this will definately be the last time i buy adidas products
Absolutely Crap Adidas
Used the online site to order swim shorts , this stated a 15% discount at checkout.
Needless to say it didn’t allow me to process the order with the discount.
I contacted customer service 6 times and still no discount just a generic email absolutely useless .
It’s the last time I buy from adidas direct
I ordered a pair of samba OG on the…
I ordered a pair of samba OG on the Adidas website, but I changed my mind immediately when I realized that it wasn't a full suede shoe. When I went to my order page it stated that there is a 15 minute window to cancel, so I went to cancel the order and it went to a blank page. I tried over and over each time going back to the order page where it showed my order then AGAIN clicked on the cancel and AGAIN went to a blank page. One time I went back to the order to try again and the delivery date went from 3 days to 6 days so I thought even more time to stop the order. Finally I clicked on cancel and it said I could not cancel order because I was outside the 15 minute cancel window.
So I clicked the HELP button to chat, first I got a BOT but finally a real person and I was told that when I get the tracking number from Fedex the next day that I can reach out again to Adidas customer service and they could cancel....NOPE!! They said that they would forward my concern and someone would get back to me within 24 hours and you know for sure that in 24 hours they would use the excuse that it had already shipped.
I did get an email from Adidas confirming that they could not cancel but that I could contact Fedex with the tracking number and tell THEM not to deliver the package but Fedex said they couldn't do that but I could refuse the package when they came to deliver it but I live in a large apartment building and packages just get left at the entrance.
The reason I'm so mad is that Adidas's return policy is that they don't refund your money for approximately 30 days after they receive the shoes back. I mean talk about wading through the BS sludge when it took them minutes to withdrawal the money from my bank.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!; I got the run-around and was lied to and now I'm out of $130 for over a month.
Ended up ordering the Adidas shoe from Amazon that was CHEAPER! because I'm going on a vacation soon and I needed the shoes within a couple weeks. And you know Amazon will refund your money immediately with returns once they scan your product at Fedex or UPS.
Never again will I order through Adidas website.
Adidas if you are reading this and want to make it right with me my order #956828368
Stay away from Adidas online store
I ordered from Adidas on 23/04/2026, with a delivery date explicitly stated for 25/04/2026. I waited in all day, only for the item to arrive on the 29th. When I raised this, I was met with rude customer service agents who lectured me on the definition of the word "estimate" rather than taking responsibility for a failed service promise.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the delivery service they choose to hire (in this case, Evri), but Adidas tried to claim it was out of their hands.
The "resolution" was the biggest insult of all: a £4 voucher that requires a £26 minimum spend and expires in 60 days. To make matters worse, while I was in the middle of a formal complaint, they had the audacity to try and upsell me a matching jersey and send me marketing alerts about "leveling up" my loyalty points.
Adidas has lost a long-term customer. They value your money, but they clearly do not value your time or your rights as a consumer. Avoid buying directly; the "premium" price does not get you premium service.
Fast shipping & accurate order
I recently ordered a pair of Adidas Samba shoes. The most positive aspect of the experience was that the correct shoes were sent and the shipping was quick. I’m a little baffled by the fact that in both shoes, the pad that your foot sits on was very loose and sticking up, like someone tried to stuff it in the shoe but got distracted and didn’t finish. So odd. Oh well, i’m just very thankful that I got my order and the order was correct after all of the terrible reviews that I have read on here, so I did want to come on to say that overall my experience was good.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience returning a pair of shoes purchased from the Adidas website in the UK.
I followed their official returns process and used the Royal Mail locker option they recommended. I placed the parcel in the locker within the 30-day return window, but no receipt was printed and no tracking was ever updated.
After waiting 20 days, I contacted Adidas, only to be told they would not issue a refund because they have not received the item. This is extremely frustrating, as I followed their instructions exactly and used their suggested return method.
Customers should not be penalised for failures in a retailer’s own returns system or courier process. There seems to be no accountability between Adidas and Royal Mail, leaving the customer stuck in the middle.
I would strongly advise others to avoid using the locker return option and to always obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Very disappointed with how this has been handled and the lack of support in resolving the issue.
Adizero SL shoes gave me painful foot issues!!
I bought a pair of Adizero SL shoes size 11. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. The toe box (area right under the first lace closest to the toe is EXTREMELY TIGHT and I developed a very painful foot issue. It was only then when a friend bought the same shoes and had the same experience. He received a refund for his shoes but I was denied because I could not find the original receipt. I offered to send the shoes back so they can improve the design but NO I was told by the customer service and their management team. If Adidas wants to do the right thing and write me an email please look at my email and contact me there. Meanwhile, everyone, I do not recommend these shoes unless you want severe foot issues!!
appalling quality football boots and customer services
i ordered a paid of football boots for my son, new mecurial Yamal release. I Paid £240 on 17 March 2026 and within 4 weeks a hole appeared in the sock part of the boot. So within 4 weeks i returned the boots for refund and was told they would not refund as the boots were "dirty". They were dirty as they are used for football and there has been wet weather but this does not detract from the fact the sock is torn !!!! i challenged that under consumer law that the product was not durable for intended purpose considering had for less that 4 weeks and Adidas replied that they will not refund - appalling and i will be escalating with third parties
