I had a fantastic experience with ADK Law. Lorna Speakman kept on top of our leasehold flat sale and house purchase throughout the process, even when we had a very frustrating solicitor in the chain who seemed to be making any attempt to hamper things. Lorna remained active, keeping things moving as much as she could. Lorna was also patient answering any questions I had as selling and buying at the same time was new to me. My move was happening in Bristol and ADK law not being in Bristol didn't impact the process negatively at all, which was great as ADK were affordable. Would highly recommend.

ADK Law were recommended to myself and my partner by a family member, we used them for the purchase of our first home. Our solicitor was William Speakman, he was very attentive and kept us updated throughout the process. As it was our first home we did have a lot of questions that seemed rather silly but he responded to each one with more than enough information, this made the process a lot smoother and easier for us. He was very friendly and approachable with anything.

Everything felt so easy and nothing seemed like a bother, all issues were sorted quickly and efficiently. Overall I think that the fees were very reasonable, considering the level of communication and knowledge we felt we experienced. I would highly recommend using ADK Law, especially William.

As a first time, solo buyer, the whole process was extremely daunting and the level of paperwork required to complete filled me with dread but everything was sent via email and post and Jinni was always available when I had any questions.
The communication throughout was fantastic and I never felt like I was left hanging and waiting for answers.

Excellent experience of working with Rebekah Jenkins at ADK Law. Have done multiple conveyancing transactions with them and have always found them reasonably priced and very prompt in their communication.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this firm. Communication has been consistently poor – emails often went unanswered for long periods, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. To make matters worse, my case was switched between solicitors multiple times without any clear explanation or notice to me. I later found out this was partly due to maternity leave, but at no point was I informed of the changes, which left me confused and frustrated.

Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult process. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
