Installation was not complete, they simply forgot to send part of the equipment and their installers didn't event care and installed it half working.
It's almost impossible to reach the customer support. They never answer emails. I tried creating tickets in their system, but they also never even check it. It took me a lot of time to reach them by phone and schedule another installation date.
There was supposed to be a commissioning appointment where they should tune the system and explain in details how it works, but they simply skipped the step and marked it "done". I am trying to reach them to get meldcodes and apply for a subsidy, but they never answer and cannot reach them by phone.
The equipment looks ok, kinda working, I think, but now I'm left with half working system and cannot do anything and cannot get my subsidy.
UPD: The company responded only after posting my review here and sent me meldcodes, but the code for the heatpump boiler is different from what I had in my offerte. So, it's either they installed me a different boiler from what I paid for, or they put the wrong code in their offerte to fake a bigger subsidy for their equipment. I tried to contact the support and ask about it, sent 3 emails but again, it was left unanswered.

unfortunate was that the new installed pump showed a serious problem. Adar had to come back twice before things were repaired.

Nice mechanica who placet the equipment fast and without problem. Not clear was the offer from the beginning . First received the installation plan and later after calling the proposal. Some details were lacking in the installation plan. Also the manual of the heat pump was difficult to find online and was sent to me only after emailing for it. The controller of the heat pump is so new that even the electrician does not know how it works. Via the received manual had to find out how it works. Not easy still learning without any instructions. The heat pump boiler is so new that it is difficult to get subsidy, because ka number not know at RVO. Still working on this😓. In short the equipment seems good but the service around it is minimal.

Points for improvement: Scheduling of appointments not clear and the response time on queries takes very long.

From the first interview till the moment the heatpump was installed ive met friendly and honest people working for Adlar.
Even the online helpdesk that i called when i wanted more info was frienly and very helpfull .Adlar deserves more than the 5 stars in can award them here👏

The installation was perfect, with two technicians working neatly, cleaning up all the mess, and taking the packaging back with them.
The aftercare was poor; there was no explanation or instructions on how to use it.
I contacted them several times but received no response.
It's not cold outside yet, but I'm curious to see how it will work in the coming months.

I bought a heat pump from Adlar, which came with a free air conditioner, and I purchased a second one. Only one air conditioner was delivered, and none were installed. The installation team that came for the heat pump told me another team would handle the ACs and that I would be contacted to schedule the installation.
Some days go went by and nobody ever contacted me. I called 6–7 times, and every time I was told "we'll call you back today or tomorrow" because the person responsible wasn't there. At one point I even asked, "So only one person in the company can make appointments?" and the response was "Yes. I can’t help you."
That person never called back, and I later found out he was on vacation for a week.
It’s now August, and I’ve been waiting since May to get these air conditioners installed. I bought them to use during the summer, and at this rate I might finally have them working when I no longer need them.
Very disappointed. Poor planning, zero accountability, and unprofessional service. I do not recommend.
Update: it's 22 August.
scheduled the installation on 21 August , someone came and he said he's missing something and it's a planning problem. They didn't thought about that the ac has to be put on the roof so they didn't plan for a platform also some basic things. Not I have to wait again for another month probably.
Maybe I'll have ac next year.
Run as much as you can from them because they are a new company and there's only ONE GUY that installs the ACs ( they don't afford more people)

The product looks great but only time will prove that. The planning and work preparation was poor. It was necessary for Adlar to visit 4 times to finalise the installation. Their ways of communication was also 19th century. Only via WhatsApp or via telephone and wait 20 minutes to get an answer.

Fast response and a extra explicit explanation what the installation of the heat pump will be in and outside the house. And a remarkable solution for the power connection namely over our roof instead inside the house.

The installation of our hybrid heat pump went without problems. But we got an unpleasant surprise when the company servicing our gas boiler (Feenstra) told us that they would cancel our service contract, as they refuse serving a system that is connected to one from a different company. Bad luck that our gas boiler broke down 2 weeks after the installation of the heat pump. We had thus no one to turn to, and we did not want to buy a new gas boiler, but when we asked Adlar to propose a non-gas based solution for warm water, we never got a reply, in spite of several reminders. Therefore, we were forced to go to a different company, and now we have two complete separate systems for heating and warm water, which is clearly sub-optimal. In terms of responsiveness and communication they could do better!

The installation went smoothly. The electricians and installers were on time and finished the job on time. They left with the system working. They took all the rubbish with them. The next day received a telephone call from Adlar with the confirmation that everything works fine. I am only waiting for the compatibility of the Toon thermostat with this system. They promised to look into that and let me know if this is possible.
