Beware Poor Install Service
Bought a Thermostore garden shed 4 x 3 metres from this company which is an excellent building.
However the company's install process was pretty shabby.
A repeat visit was necessary as parts were forgotten. Annoying but not a big deal.
Then the front gutter was left discharging straight against the ground while the rear was left off entirely. I had to buy and fit a rear gutter at my own expense with the company saying (when I complained) that because my building was close to a wall a 'special' gutter would be an 'extra'. That a special gutter was required was not made clear when the rep surveyed the site. I paid for full guttering shown on the order and did not get it.
Then there is the fact that Adman change you for complete install but require you to carry out concreting of a three to eight inch wide gap they leave along every wall. This took 6 bags of ready mix and 3 hours of my time (I told them I am 63 amd just out of hospital but they couldn't have cared less).
I'm now out 5 hours of my labour and 100 Euro in parts etc on top of the 7 plus grand the shed cost. I was promised a complete service but sadly that's not what I got.
I won't use this company again.
