Unexpectedly good!

A very nice folding e-bike
The bike is pretty good, but I think it's better suited for city riding. It might not be the best choice for rougher terrain.

Received the wrong item
I ordered a black front basket but received a silver one instead. I contacted the customer service team, and they sent me the correct black basket. The service was good.

We bought two bikes
We bought two bikes earlier this year. One was great and the other had an issue with it. The support team replaced the bad one quickly. We are satisfied with the bikes.

I really like the design of the seatpost battery. The battery can be easily removed and carried, which helps avoid the risk of theft.

Good Quality
My friend got the Air 20, and after his recommendation, I decided to go for the upgraded Air 20 Pro. It rides comfortably and fits easily in the trunk of my car.

I thought the rear light was also powered by the battery under the seat, but upon receiving the bike, I realized it needs an additional battery.

Bremsbeläge brauchen 7 !!!! Wochen um geliefert zu werden, und dann werden noch die Falschen geliefert !!! Die bitte um Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises zieht sich. Nicht hinnehmbar, daran müsst ihr arbeiten, Verschleissteile ZEITNAH zu liefern !! Ansonsten wie gesagt TOP Support
Hassle-free communication, responsive to the customer, quick and effective solutions. Highly satisfied with the support and quality. They won't be my last bikes.
There is one limitation:
Brake pads need 7!!!! Weeks to be delivered and then the wrong ones are delivered!!! The request for a refund of the purchase price drags on. Unacceptable, you have to work on delivering wearing parts IN A TIME!! Otherwise, as I said, TOP support

Don't buy bike from them!!
They are the biggest liars in the world. I sent them an email asking about the status of the accessories I ordered 20 days ago. They replied that the shipment of the part would take 15-20 days, so they will be shipping the item soon.
It's been a month and I have sent them another email asking the status of the shipment and guess what they didn't ship the item at all and see their reply:
'Dear Customer:
Hello!
I'm very sorry! Because I was waiting for your feedback, I haven't created the order yet and couldn't send it. I have created your order information now and will send it as soon as possible to the address below.'
Also the bike has many technical defects. Don't ever consider buying !
