Tyler has always been amazing with being so understanding and answering all of my questions. I have been using adopt a phone for quite some time now to purchase my new phones for myself and my son.

Had a known Apple issue occur when setting up my phone. All it took was one phone call to have the issue fixed.

Bought an iPhone and it ended up being BLACKLISTED smh tried to message, call, & no one still hasn’t gotten back with me! And I let them know same day phone arrived. I would NEVER purchase anything from this store again! It’s a scam! If I could give zero stars I would. I’m out over $800. How do people get away with this??

This dude sells iPhones that are fraudulently opened under people's stolen identity and pays off 1 month off a financial plan and doesn't pay off the remaining 95% of the payment of the financial and sells it to people unknowingly. This seem to be a common theme on the eBay marketplace. BEWARE.

I bought my Samsung Note 20 Ultra in a refurbished, liked new condition about two years ago. It's still working even till now! The phone show no signs of being used, no scratches anywhere, and battery life was close to 100%.

This is a trustworthy reseller for refurbished and used phones. Sometimes they ran out of stock and takes a while to restock, but when they do you know you are getting a legitimate phone. They will also accurately describe the condition of the phone and give you a fair price (saving you more than buying a new phone).

I was shopping for an SE 2022 and spent a lot of time researching refurbished electronics sources. I decided to go with Adopt a Phone because of the warranty, the competitive price, and the fact that there was a (non-800) customer service phone number listed right on the website.

There was a slight lag between order confirmation and shipping but when I called to ask for a status update, a real human being answered and he immediately offered to upgrade me to overnight shipping!

The phone arrived extremely well packed and is in excellent condition. No visible scratches, battery health 100%. Only been using it a few days but so far I am very pleased with this purchase!

They have a good selection of phones, and it is so easy to go online and order what you want. The phone arrives ready to get set up (with the exception of the SIM card), and has all of the pertinent parts to go with it (charging adapter, charging cord, tool to open the SIM compartment, and a screen protector already in place). I don't use the pop stand, but for those who do, there's one of those, too.
