I had some reservations about purchasing a used lens but I bought one and was not disappointed. It works perfectly, and Adorama has a 30 day return policy if you are not happy with any purchase, which is great.

Be extremely careful when purchasing from Adorama. I ordered a brand-new GoPro HERO13 Black Accessory Bundle, but what arrived inside the manufacturer's packaging was a used, completely incorrect older model GoPro. It was clearly either a mismatched item or a previous customer return that they never properly inspected.I immediately took photos and returned the package. Tracking confirmed it was successfully delivered back to their warehouse. For weeks, they stalled under the guise of an "investigation." Finally, customer support denied the refund, falsely claiming they sent the right item, and told me I would have to pay out of my own pocket to have the incorrect item shipped back to me.The absolute proof of their deceptive practices came when I requested the serial number from the unit their warehouse received. I ran the exact serial number they provided directly through GoPro Corporate Support. GoPro officially confirmed that the serial number belongs to an ancient Hero 5, NOT a Hero 13. Adorama's own warehouse logs prove they received the exact bait-and-switch item they originally shipped to me.This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an online seller. Right now, Adorama has both my $399.00 and the merchandise, leaving me with absolutely nothing. Avoid this seller at all costs.
