Let me tell you about this terrible company. I ordered my package on December 4, with the perception that it will be here before Christmas since the website says 5-8 business days. Here we are, December 21, and it’s still sitting in China.
DO NOT BUY FROM
THIS COMPANY!

Company are clearly not in the UK.
Customer service is rubbish. Sent 2 emails asking which shipping company they use so I could track my order and still nothing.
Would NOT have used this company if I knew they was not actually UK based and wouldn’t be getting what I ordered in time for Christmas.

Shipping communication was bad. Shipping time was listed as 5-8 business days but didn’t display how long the processing time was. I know they need to custom make it, but it’s still misleading to list it that way. Ordered November 17th and received the item December 7th (which isn’t too bad since some say they never received their item). Necklace was completely bunched up and took quite a while to untangle. Once untangled it was just fine. Quality wasn’t anything special. Overall: misleading shipping time, poor packaging, and alright quality. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I oredered a braclet for my husband and i didnt even get an email confirming the order. No braclet, 2 emails later with no reply. But they took my money. What do I do now?

I ordered my Personalised necklace, paid so much money for fastest shipping, vip service and a nice gift packaging. And I received NONE OF THAT. took ages to deliver, customer service was $h1t, and packaged poorly.

Absolute Scam!!! Stay clear. Over priced Soddy item, can’t read the writing on the jug and it’s minuscule plus the print has smudged. It has taken 3+ months for the order to arrive. I want a refund!

I purchased a necklace from this company, it changed colour within a week, they sent me a replacement, the chain was all knotted, and just slung in the box, I asked for a refund, after arguing and dispute, they finally gave me 50 percent, I was so offended and insulted. The thing that really hurt, was the fact it was a birthday present for my wife.

I am soo disappointed with the fact that they sent completely different order with some cheap cloth exchange...I want to complain about it...please anyone help me to do so...I want my money to be back...feeling soo ridiculous

These people are using fake number, they have been using my number for delivery purpose and taking all the money from customers and not responding, we are getting phone calls from from customers, if u people don't remove our number from website we are going to give case against u, for people who are looking to buy from this website, don't buy anything, they don't even have a real contact number, they are using other people's number and u will be scammed and can't even call them

The product I ordered was a LEGO on a brick family. I personalized everything with my daughter's in hopes to get it for Father's Day. First, it took over a month to get it and it was after fathers Day. Not only was it late, it was so much smaller than I could've imagined. It was a very small Lego piece, maybe 2-2 1/2 inches wide and didn't come with all pieces in the photo. The Legos barely fit on the brick. On top of that, it wasn't real Lego pieces and were all scratched up. Overall extremely unhappy for spending over $60 Dollars on this item

I wouldn’t even give this one star to be honest, cheap cheap cheap !! I ordered a top and shorts set which cost me £40 and the quality of it should be more like £5 ! Ordered both in white and ones cream.

The frame is extremely cheap, the picture is grainy and does not fill the whole picture, the names run together as if it’s one word, and it showed up very late! Would not recommend to anyone especially since this was not a cheap gift. This was not even close to what was advertised and I’m very upset and embarrassed to even give this as a gift. Should have looked harder for reviews.

SCAM… SCAM!!!! DONT ORDER

Silly me, haven't read the review before making an order.
My order was a bithday gift which arrived a month later after the birthday. I was under an impression they were based in UK so made and order 2 weeks before the birthday and paid extra for express delivery, just in case. 3 days before birthday it turned out it was still in China and never even processed or dispatched. I was very angry and cancelled the order. I told them now dont bother to dispatch it, it is too late, and give my money back. After giving a silence treatment, 2 days later got notification it has been finally dispatched. Raised and issue with pay pal that the seller did not fullfill the promise of delivery or order cancellation, forcing me to accept it regardless it way overdue for the intended purpose, and the seller does not want to give me money back. At this point I couldn't win as paypal said it has been dispatched. End of story. Wasted money for the gift not needed anymore. Extremely difficult seller, rarely replying, barely understanding English and very dismissive. Replies were vague and weird, because of used translator. Do not use. Trust me, not worth your nerves!

SCAM!!!! I ordered a Mother’s Day gift and I keep getting the runaround from a person that goes by “Fancy” as to why it has yet to arrive. Do not buy or your money will be gone!

Do not buy. I never received my Mother's Day order and they (someone named "Fancy") are blaming it on "my local post office". Don't waste your money.

*UPDATE* I have been in constant daily contact with someone named "Fancy"
with Adorlla and they have been NOT helped at all. They just keep.asking dumb questions like "did I check my mail?". I check it daily. I just want my money back.

Was trying to do something special for mother's day for my wife who is a new mother and was given a false tracking number. There is no response to emails. I spent a decent amount of money on items and for express shipping.
I should have looked into it more before I started buying stuff I was just excited to do something special for her just to have it go to crap.

This site is scam. Do not purchase. I never received the item and there is no response to emails.

Shocking service, over 2 weeks late in arriving. Tried to cancel order as it hadent been sent and 2 days later got a response and itam had just been sent. Asked for refund as product was a gift for a family member going traveling and has already left so itam is of no use. Will not issue refund or accept any responsibility of late itam.
