Left a bigger problem than they fixed
Took my car into A&D while on vacation in Margate. They diagnosed and fixed the leaking coolant issue that I had for a very good price and with a decent turnaround time. However, on my motorway back from Margate, the engine undertray fell off in the front. Had to call the AA to patch it up just so I could get it to a garage in London, who just told me that all the screws for the undertray were mismatched and bolted on incorrectly, and the entire tray had to be replaced because of the damage sustained from my return trip.
Wanted to give a five star review initially but after this incident, I'm hesitant to recommend, since they shouldn't have made such a simple but important mistake with the undertray.
UPDATE: my garage in London just called back with the repair cost for the undertray damage, and it's even more costly than the initial repair I got at A&D.
