Very disappointing experience and the issue is still not resolved.
I was trying to return an item, which should have been a straightforward process, but it turned into an unnecessary hassle due to extremely poor customer service. I repeatedly requested the invoice required to ship the return via DHL, yet despite multiple messages the document was not provided.
Because of this, my parcel could not be dispatched and the entire return process has been delayed. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a very simple request that should take minutes to resolve, yet I have had to follow up multiple times with no proper solution.
Even now, the situation is still not sorted, and the return cannot proceed because the necessary paperwork has not been provided.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Customers should not have to chase customer service just to obtain basic documentation required for a return. I hope the company addresses this urgently and improves its responsiveness.
