Phoned for skip, I had no idea what size I required. The
Guy who answered the phone talked through what I wanted to put in skip and advised size. Skip turned up as promised next morning. When we had finished with skip I phoned from work and when I got home 2 hours later the skip had been collected. Thank you

I haven't used this company myself and judging by their service I probably wouldn't. But the people next door (ME3 9ST-19) hired one and it was delivered before Christmas and filled. It's been sitting there ever since. Over the last two months they've been phoned many times and our car park has been coned off, during the week, for the lorry to have access but it's still there. I last I've heard was that they had assured it would be picked up on Friday 14th February between 12:00-16:00 pm but they didn't. I monitored our coned off car car, and took photos, throughput these times and no-one parked there. I've still got the printed note, from the people next door, which she sent to all of us, if anybody wants a copy give me a shout. Bob.

Five weeks trying to get the skip removed.
Only went after threatening them that I was going to tow the skip into the road then phone the council to clear the obstruction outside the house.
Took ADS twenty minutes later to collect the skip.
So they can obviously collect the same day as promised..?..?.

Worst Skip Firm in Kent. Told skip would be delivered am, no skip so phoned, told it was on it's way. Nothing arrived, so phoned again, no won't be today I was told but will be with you next day. It did arrive, but driver could not understand why it was not delivered day before. Collection just as bad told it would be gone by Saturday, no show once again, no phone just great. So when are they going to collect? Avoid this company
