Nathanial the fitting engineer was…
Nathanial the fitting engineer was great.
Patient, knowledgeable and detailed.
The original sales guy on the phone (Jordan) was also very good.
The only drawback from the whole process seems to be that an engineer doesn’t visit a property at the quotation stage which means that somethings that you thought we going to happen eg wall cameras can’t happen without intrusive building work.
Had we known the type of building work needed we wouldn’t have bothered ordering them.
However the fitting engineer was fine with removing these items from the final invoice.

I am extremely disappointed with ADT as their accounts department is not upto standard. I have paid in full and despite this ADT keeps sending repeatedly statements. It's becoming very stressful when incorrect demands are made.
