ADT PROVENTING ME FROM VEIWING MY PAID FOR EQIPTMENT
I have adt since August 2025 and they have stopped me from viewing my cctv equipment that I have purchased and had someone else's contact details so didn't know the direct debit for servicing the alarms had stopped so I phone fiance team and arranged a payment plan and all I needed to do was phone adt to reinstate the direct and activate my equipment that I've paid for outright I'm sure this is illegal
