everything was good till they sent me a bill for the alarm that i paid to the fitter who was very good at this job they want it paying twice lol they said you pay for three months and then its monthly they want to charge me from 15 september to 1 november 406 pounds i said its 118 pounds that not 3 months i cancelled after 7 days
Avoid company at all costs .. after care shocking happy to take money every month but not to repair your panel when it faults 4 days for an engineer and still not turned up , 20 calls plus made to be lied on phone .. requested calls from managers promised they will call ..
ADT staff came to install the security alarm in my property but unfortunately I was happy so the same time asked staff to dismount the alarm which they did.It was 8th July 2022. Asked staff when I will received my refund said 10 working days. It’s been 11/2 month have not received my refund. Call last week said I will received my refund into 2 working day still waiting my money still not in my account.
Mike Sullivan installed and upgraded my security system today (1.8.22)
He was very friendly, professional and informative on the the product installed, talked me through any questions I had and took his time explaining . Very happy with Mike's work today left the property tidy wore protective shoes each time he entered my property. Brilliant service Mike

In times when you call the 'customer services' number and spend hours waiting due to 'them experiencing high call volumes' (a euphemism that they don't have enough call centre staff!)
It's so refreshing that with ADT, the service team answer quickly, efficiently and courteously. A true example of how to give great customer service and for that I thank all those involved
Just had my alarm system upgraded to a smart system today,engineer came early(luckily)due to a mix up in instructions,very professional,clean and tidy,explained everything clearly,excellent service,thank you Brett Barrass
For 7 days I have been waiting for an engineer, everyday I call I am told they will visit that day. For 4 days I have waited for management to call me back and nothing to escalate the matter. For 2 days I have waited for customer services to respond and still nothing. I have phoned 25 times in 7 days and still nothing

Just had new external doors fitted and needed to get an ADT engineer out to sort the sensors out - this was done quickly and cheerfully by an engineer who was training an apprentice
