I still don't have my tyres. I can t track them, it looks like they are in another town, but I can't talk with nowbody

Good product, fast delivery

Although the order was easy and simple, a human communication channel is imperative and the lack of it made me feel very anxious.

A simple mistake of mistyping my e-mail made me feel very uncertain about placing the order, the shipment of the tyres and receiving the recepit.

Otherwise, everything was excellent and the tyre quality is yet to be seen.

Shameful, I ordered a tire, I keep writing to get information, an automatic repeater answers me always writing the same things, I also opened 8 tickets in vain, never again the money was taken the tire where is it, be wary

Delivery as promised, quality of the products as expected, service when placed the order, very professional The single comment I have is that the courier didn’t call me for the second delivery. Terrible, beyond terrible. Delivers 2 out of four tyres. The remaining are inexpeainably lost. Adtyres refuses to give a refund. They also refuse to send a new set ”because it is against our policy”. Still trying to get my money back. Customer service could not be more arrogant and less helpful.

Overall a good experience first time using tyreleader would recommend and use again happy with the quality of the tyres I purchased and price

Good but not great.
The tyres were very pressed and we've had problems installing them on the wheel. The service made special efforts to put them, they said that because of the way of transportation the tyres have problem with installing.
