Shipping was fast. Tyres almost new - less than 1 year old. Best price which I was able to find in the market.

What is bad: no original label, and old stock (from 2024 by the DOT, delivered in 2026).

Terrible customer service from Gumelider/Adtyres. They provided incorrect details about getting company bill, then pressured me by saying canceling would mean paying return costs. A claim was submitted by their instructions, but I’ve heard nothing for over a month. Support stopped responding

Avoid especially if your company and you need company bill for your purchase cause they wont say they can't give it to you until it's too late and then say they will charge you if you cancel the order.

This is the first time i have used Numaticos slider.
the finding and ordering was very easy, i found options of choice very good.
The price was brilliant... i had already shopped around and the price i obtained from Slider for two tyres saved me 70 euro. Delivery was quick and the tracking of the delivery was excellent, and arrived exactly when i was told.
My reccomendation is to anyone needing tyres ... DONT HESITATE .. the savings are substantial.

Scammers who opened a company outside the European Union but operate and sell within it. This was deliberately set up so they can easily brush off any issue a customer might have and pretend to be clueless.

I ordered tires worth €300 each — two different sets, with narrower front tires and wider rear tires. I’m talking about the Pirelli brand. They sent me two defective front tires whose rotational imbalance, tested by professionals, is over 8 kg, which clearly means the tires are faulty.

Customer support is pretending to be ignorant and telling me that there are no returns for mounted tires — but this problem cannot even be tested without mounting them. Who knows where they store these tires, and then they push them through their web shop.

Do not order anything from them under any circumstances!

When returning the goods over liderpnevmatik.si webshop, they tried in every possible way to avoid their obligation to accept the return within the 14-day period. This is an unfair practice and should be condemned.

Last year I ordered a complete set of rims and tires and everything was fine.
This year I placed another order, but I only received the set of tires and two rims.
The response I received was quite unclear, so I am concerned whether I will receive the remaining two rims, since I paid for the entire order at the time of purchase.
