Total scam and ripoff. No prospects near me except for one who either did not respond or receive my message.
They kept asking for more money even though I purchased a 12 month Gold package. Signed up in the morning and by the afternoon realized it was scam. I cancelled, but they still changed my card
over $184.00. Do not sign up or you will be sorry.

The site is a bait and switch con. They don't show you all the extra cost when you get taken to their "upgrade" page for a gold membership. With gold membership you basically cannot do much for than a free member can. Total scam. You have to purchase other features at a high cost to be able to view pics/vids, email members, chat with members, watch live stream, etc. They won't put all the options and costs on a single page for you to see and make an educated choice. They hook you with a gold membership and they try to upcharge you on the other features. If you do buy a gold membership and are upset the the upcharges you can get a refund from them but chatting with the online help or calling customer support. They don't argue about the refund because they know what the are doing is a scam.

It's an additional $14.99 to see their pics,
Another $14.99 extra to push the flirt, $14.99 extra to see videos and that's all separate. In order to do what you can on most sites would cost you over $70/month.
2nd, they don't take safty serious as I've tried several times to block people, just for them to view my profile every day and message me everyday. The bock does nothing and I've blocked them MANY times.
3rd, The App got uninstalled by my phone because it's malware, besides all it does is take you to the crappy website. Lastly, 99% of people on there are flakes or fakes. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste you money

A terrible site full of bots and scammers. You upgrade to the gold status and then you still have to upgrade for non Gold members to reply to you. On top of that you have to pay more to actually see pictures and videos on members profiles. Do not join! Most people appear to be in the US as well.

I made the mistake to buy a Gold Standard Membership. I am from Europe. So there are almost zero members within 1'000 km (and most of them 70 years old TS). So stay away as a non US interested person.
But the big negativ suprise came when I cancelled Gold membership I cancelled all paid services. To me surprise, they charged me with a smaller amount for 3 months standard contacts. So I went into my account, Billing History and tried to SET to OFF Standard Contacts. But it is NOT possible to SET IT OFF. They would nw continue to charge you until you die. I contacted VISA and they said, they know this firm and that there are all the time problems and the only way to get rid of them charging you is to get a new VISA card with a new card. STAY AWAY AS FAR AS you CAN From all their sites.

This site is a complete rip-off. They want to charge you for everything and there are thousands of fake accounts. You cannot even do an advanced search with a Gold membership. Do not waste a penny on Adultfriendfinder. They provide nothing and are dishonest. You are wasting your time and money on this. Again, do not waste a penny on AFF.

Greed is pushed to the extreme and deters real people like me.

Now, I must say that, when I cancelled the same day I joined, they refunded me my money.

I signed up for years subscription. I was expecting to pay just over a hundred pounds. TSB Bank intervened in the process and in the confusion I continued. I ended up paying £295 and nearly lost the use of my debit card. Even after paying all that money, I still can't look at photos and I can't contact anybody. It was money down the drain nearly £300

It is the worst site you can go to. I have been on for almost two weeks and haven’t spoke to a real profile yet and I say I have spoken with 30 people

Awful site, nothing you can do without an overpriced subscription. More importantly however, your data is immediately sold on - a cryptic email account was created for use with this and immediately flooded with spam upon signing up. Avoid.

Rip off.

What went wrong is the site is a scam. It's fake as a 69dollar bill with no real people and no chance of meeting. They could make it better by shutting down permanently. When I was not a paying member I would get a couple message here and there. As soon as I paid- not a response 1 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THERE IS NO REFUND EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡

The site is very nearly useless by design unless you pay for the app. A monthly fee of more than $28 is advertised as the gold membership which is the highest level membership they offer. What they don't tell you is that 28 bucks doesn't get you anything. If you want to see the people who are flirting with you it costs extra. If you want people who are free users to be able to communicate with you it costs extra. If you want to view other people's photographs in the app it costs extra lol. If you paid for all the extras you'd be well over a hundred bucks per month. As soon as I paid and realized what was going on I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. There is a large disclaimer on the app immediately after you pay that says chargebacks will be recorded and may result in problems using your credit card blah blah blah. They say this because of the large number of chargebacks, and they have a large number of chargebacks because they're liars and thieves.

When I joined I filled out the form as to what you liked and all about yourself and the age person you wanted to meet and so forth and that was where things started to go wrong I put 45-99 and I got mostly mid 30's and I made sure that I had it set correctly but they never changed it and at some points you wouldn't get any views and then they would flood you with views without pictures and when you passed on them if you looked back an hour or so later they were completely gone I was a Gold member so I had access to most of their products viewing texting and watching live member videos then as my membership came closer to renewal this time I was flooded with viewers again but I decided to give it one more try so I renewed my Gold membership only to findout that they had updated their plans and if I wanted to see who viewed me or do almost all of what I had done before I now had to buy an additional package but they never disclosed this until after you had renewed making you spend more money if you wanted to see anyone who viwed you or have the features you had before. So stay away from this site unless you like profiles with no pics and spending enormous amounts of money for features you can get for much less on othrt sites.

I was previously a member in 2015 and 2019. Now again in 2024. This time it's MORE of a SCAM SITE than it has ever been before and MORE SCAM PROFILES who suddenly don't log in again or just disappear, that is if they don’t do what I had to do in the end - disappear voluntarily from an impossible website.

And it's clear: The moderators of the website DON'T WANT TO promote good connections between members and AFF has an UNWILLING RELUCTANT SUPPORT. However, they were otherwise willing to answer payment questions without any kind of problem.

The SUDDEN INTERRUPTIONS that occur in an ongoing private one-on-one chats, SUDDEN TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. SUDDENLY you CAN'T READ OR PARTICIPATES in private chats. It gets blurred. However, I was suddenly able to get access to chats with members who DID NOT BELONG to my search category and who were uninteresting to me. AFF was "generous" with this.

THE PUBLIC CHAT ROOMS: Suddenly it was no longer possible to participate there either. There are various chat rooms in the general chat area. The room that today has more participants than the other rooms is a room for gay men. Maybe AFF today targets the gay people instead of the heterosexual people?

The last day I was a member suddenly the men who had sent me flirts started to become blurred and unreadable as profiles.

It's a shame that AFF has developed into an even WORSE SITE than it was before. It could have been a really good website for international contacts between people regardless of whether you end up in bed or not.

Time to move on and find other web sites.

Ok first off this site is full of liberal women who are damaged goods looking for something to be offended by. Second are the scammers lots of scammers and cam girls working the site . So if you don't like actually meeting anyone and having then get offended at you being nice to them then I'd suggest you stay away.

absolute waste of money ....no one near where i lived ...used it twice ...nothing changed just accepted ive been scammed and moved on ...cant understand the positive review it has !!!!

Scammers left and right, foreign bots, the site actively works against you, most female profiles are fake while the male profiles are real and active, get more attention from gay men despite setting profile to looking for women only, spent too long trying to meet anyone on there and way too much of my money for the service you get.
