We don't offer this product in Black. The website description makes no mention of Black. Could you please get in touch so we can try and rectify the issue for you?
Good product, i recommend it
Good product, arrived quickly, well packed, good adhesive, easy to apply. I only use it to reduce echo for my business video calls. May have underestimated the amount of adhesive required (one can just about worked well for 28 tiles, I bought 32.).

Quality products and great service
I've bought acoustic foam tiles + additions from Advanced Acoustics on a few occasions with delivery to France. The quality of their products is excellent and customer service is very responsive. Delivery times have been great, and I haven't had to pay customs fees which is a bonus. There was a delay on one order due to Brexit/customs holdups at the start of 2021, but that was obviously out of their hands.
