Guy Maloney made contact with me and was not only a pleasure to deal with but was extremely knowledgeable about the market, lenders, and many personal circumstances.

Needless to say, Guy found me a mortgage with a large building society with a high street interest rate after I'd resigned myself to probably using a smaller lender and paying way over the odds for a product.

I highly recommend Advantage Financial Solutions. Dan and Tiffany have been very attentive and helpful, always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. We have felt supported by the team throughout the process. Believe me this Company is like a breath of fresh air in an increasing bureaucratic world. I have to be honest, I did an open Google search looking for Mortgage Broker based on my age (old!)

We had to move quickly re the Property we were interested in… and then in steps Tom C! Absolutely fantastic from my first contact, gave me so much great advice and allowed us to attend a viewing for an immaculate Property with a DIP and evidence of my Deposit.

Tom then worked extremely hard and out of normal working hours, to provide us with an excellent formal Mortgage Approval. Every time I needed a specific service he had the contacts to cover my request and at very competitive prices. Prices a lot better than the particular selling Estate Agent, who offered us various services at very expensive prices.

Ryan …. Guided us through the process with care and consistency right to the very end. The process was very much more difficult that I expected because of documentation requirements and Ryan was there through out. In addition he was able to achieve lower interest rates as they fluctuated through out the process. Well worth the fees involved.

My wife and I needed a bespoke mortgage adviser for a property purchase. I contacted Steve by email and he contacted me by phone on the same day to discuss our needs. Steve quickly sourced a mortgage on the basis we wanted and he and James dealt with the application and offer extensions.

Steve and James were superb and nothing was too much trouble for them.

James offered advice on home insurance and provided a competitive quote for our new home.

I have already asked them to contact me to review the mortgage at the end of the fixed rate period.

I thoroughly recommend them if you are looking for help with mortgage and home insurance.
