Not worth the 43 EUR per person

Not worth the 43 EUR per person! We booked the passes and the parking online and paid in advance. When we arrived at 10 am there was a long queue just to get in as there was only one employee and too much talking.
That was the first of many long waits during the day with a park that was not close to being filled.
Then a long wait for the gear for the zipline for 75 min. which we found out required an additional 10 EUR. flight card!! Which you cannot buy online, so back in a queue for the upgrade ticket at the ticket office (where I met a not very friendly young woman).
The level of English with the staff is very limited, which is not safe, so if you are only English speaking I would not recommend going.
Next up we waited for two hours to get a 3-min safety instruction for the tree top experience because they wait until they have instructed and geared up 40 persons at a time - not efficient at all.
Finally, the pre-paid parking QR code did not work at the exit, so I had to pay the extra 10 EUR again to get out.
Will not be coming back and will not recommend.

Greedy company AVOID

Greedy company. We’ve all been members for years. My oldest kids are in their 20s and my youngest just 3 years old. Been going since it first opened. This place has changed for the worse. There’s hardly any interaction with the animals. There’s not a huge variety either. Where have the owls gone. They’ve been replaced with chickens?!
Mine and my 9 year olds pass had run out. I wasn’t sure if my 3 year olds pass was still valid. I went online to see if there was any availability for that day. There was a members option and a non members option to book tickets. I tried to book my 3 year old first as a member. But there was no availability for that day. The earliest I could book her for was next Monday but the school holidays are over then. So I booked tickets for us all as non members. Funnily enough there was availability for non members £39.35 for the two kids and myself (who wasn’t about to play on anything but they charge the adults too). I decided to ask at adventure valley about my daughters pass. I assumed if her pass was still valid they would reimburse me the £12.95. Wrong! They told me that members don’t need to book, they just turn up! There was no mention of that on their website. They offered £5 off my next visit. I didn’t even receive that until I emailed and explained the situation. They told me the option to book members was removed last summer. I went on the website to check and sure enough I can no longer book for members. BUT I DID YESTERDAY! They denied I could have done this. Wish I’d screenshot it! So essentially they charged me full price for a 3 year old who already has a pass. They obviously can’t do the right thing and admit their mistakes and prefer to lie about a pitiful refund. Not a lot to them but a lot to me! To top it off the kids were bored! My 3 year old was to young to play on some things. The soft play was dirty/disgusting. The food was over priced, cheaply made rubbish. Bought a ham sandwich for £4.50. Cheap dry bun with a thin spread of cheap margarine and a slice of rubbery ham. Tasteless! Won’t be going back or renewing our passes.
